Lovely fabric, well packaged and prompt delivery. Might suggest a review of use of excessive plastic bags in packaging to reduce plastic pollution.

Yarn is extremely good value for money and service is fast. Have not used the yarn yet, but it does feel quality.

I have purchased from the company a few times now and I am impressed with their service. Not only do they hold the full range of Scheepjes range (which no other online store has in stock), but they dispatch quick. Highly recommended and will continue to buy from.

First time ordering with Abakhan and not disappointed, I was looking for a certain wool I’d run out of and there it was and cheaper than what I’d paid for previously, so much stock for all crafters, good prices and delivery was very quick, will definitely be using Abakhan again.

A little dissatisfied with my shopping experience this time otherwise it’s absolutely brilliant especially when Sabiha is in at the Prestonstore she is so helpful
Well I went in last Thursday and bought 3 meters of fabric at 5.99 a meter
I went to get an extra 1/2 meter today so Monday and it’s gone up by a £1
The assistant said they change prices every week !!
Now they have 20% off this weekend I wonder that’s what they are doing it for
So people think it’s a bargain when In fact they put up prices the week before so just beware !!
So not sure about Abakhans takticks
Anyway that’s my gripe for today

I recently ordered some fabric dye and silk fabric. I received an order confirmation (6th June), but no despatch notice arrived. After a week I e-mailed to find out where my order was. The reply came the next day, my order had been traced (I wonder where it was!) and would now be dispatched.
After another six days, the order finally arrived, (19th June), thirteen days after I placed the order.

I recently ordered some knitting yarn, having had trouble securing the exact brand and colour I wanted elsewhere. The yarn was packed and dispatched the same day as I ordered it, arrived promptly and well packaged. Highly impressed 👏
