Zero stars from me. Now they have gone cashless. Well deserving of the extortionate banking fees for not accepting cash. I spent £120 in another fabric store as I refuse to be forced to pay by card

Material arrived promptly and as described. Very pleased.

Fabrics and prices good but customer service poor.

Went the day after Easter Monday. Waited at a desk to pay for one item but this was unmanned with no sign of anyone turning up any time soon. Went to a nearby desk to wait behind a customer being served but told to go back to other desk. When I pointed out there was no one there was told there would bet some point. Staff member said there were only 3 of them in. Put item back and left.

Will not be going again.

order of faux leather was delivered in quick time. prices on the item per mtr was very good.

Quick response and delivery only ordered a pattern but got updates on when it was sent out and when it would be delivered. Will use again looking at getting material next time

I bought a couple of patterns and there was 50% off bargain very quick delivery will definitely buy from here again

Ordered some yarn for a baby shawl. Great price and good fast delivery. One of the balls of yarn was not the same batch. Emailed the company who apologised profusely and immediately sent out a replacement ball of the correct batch. Even included a prepaid return label for the incorrect ball.

Drove 1.5 hours to the main Abakhan store to find no dogs allowed. Dogs are allowed in their other stores. There is no indication of this difference online and nobody answered the phone when I attempted to make a telephone enquiry.

Very easy to order and efficient process. Loved all three fabrics that were ordered. Very pretty and true to the pictures, also reduced in price which was great!

I’ve ordered several times from Abakhan and am pleased with the curtain fabric. When I needed to contact customer services about part of the order, David was very helpful and replacement lining was sent with next day delivery.

Excellent selection exactly what I needed for stretch binding. A surprise some of the bindings reduced I needed.

This was my second order from this company. First time no issues. This time sadly Royal Mail let the process down. Unbelievably I received a RM envelope (apologising about the state of the contents) with the (empty) packaging from the seller. This had clearly been cut open and ripped open too. I hope the dishonest thief enjoyed my yarn order!!
Customer service at Abakan were amazing. They resent the order immediately with no fuss whatsoever. Received today with thanks. Top notch customer service. Can’t fault them.

Fantastic service. Order was dispatched quickly however had issues with Royal Mail. Contacted customer support and the issue was resolved in a matter of hours and arrived 2 days later. Fabric is exactly what I was looking for - great experience all round!

I needed more of a particular fabric which was out of stock. David from Custo.er service went out of his way to find more of the fabric from other branches. He kept me informed about progress and I know have ordered all the extra metres needed.

This was my first order with Abakhan Fabrics, and unfortunately I was sent fabric containing flaws, HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent and I’m very happy with our resolution and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again. Errors can happen but it’s how the customer service team deals with them that makes all the difference and Abakhan did me proud!

Fabulous piece of wool at a great price. Telephone call to tell me that there was less on the roll than advertised. I still got enough to work with, at an even better price.

When I was younger, fit and more able bodied, I used the shop in Hanley. Now I am retired and troubled with walking difficulties I order online and have always been extremely satisfied with the service, quality, prices, in fact every aspect of shopping with Abakhan. I have often recommended them to friends. My recent purchases are lovely and better than they looked online.
