My order was for a Toto toilet. Whilst not in stock, it was promptly placed on order. It took several days to arrive but I was kept informed politely and efficiently. A good experience.

I bought a wood burning stove
I bought a wood burning stove from Bell. It was the best value around.
The stove arrived promptly, and the delivery driver even waited for my builder to turn up, so he could so he could sign for it.
The stove is beautiful and already installed.
Very happy thank you :)
Would definitely use this online shop again.

Can't fault this company at all. Well laid out website with easy to follow check out procedure. Ordered on Friday and delivered on the Monday. Informed about delivery date and time on placing the order. On delivery day informed of time slot and delivered as expected. What else could you ask for? I would certainly use this company again such a positive experience. Thank you.
