use a delivery company that the drivers…
use a delivery company that the drivers have commansenece you lost my order due to this i got just the same fire ect the following day £150.00 less so thank you for that plus when i got delivery the driver used was very normal even to the point of not only dropping inside of my drive but even asking if i needed any further help at all even to help get it in my house thank him said all fine thank you no drammer employing young girls that cant do a job should not be employed must work cheap that worked well never use G8 again also no good customer service

Pleased with the quality and service from Gr8 Fires. The 1st delivery arrived slightly damaged, and Holly at Gr8 Fires handled it quickly; I received a replacement immediately—no quibble or hesitation. The DHL delivery, however, was poor. I waited on 2 separate days despite 2 time slots and received the fire 3 days late. Notwithstanding, Gr8 Fires were very good. 5 stars .
