Burner arrived secure and intact and …
Burner arrived secure and intact and on the same day requested.
Looks exactly the same as online and am pleased with the build quality. No scratches or marks and came with all the components and extra's listed.
It was all constructed on arrival so didn't have to play around with the Baffles,fire bricks or Rope seals but this obviously made it very heavy to move, even after removing the inner trays and guards.
Pleased with my choice even though not installed yet.

Great media wall and fire. The amount of fixings was daunting but it’s all clearly labelled and looks great when put together.
Needed 3 people to lift but worth it once assembled.

AVOID BUYING THE EZEE GLOW CELESTIAL FIRE. We bought this for our media wall 5 years ago and it breaks every single year. We have to buy a new part every time. It’s in a media wall and therefore not easy to replace meaning we have to get an electrician out every winter to fix the fire. WASTE OF MONEY and warranty is only 1 year which is diabolical for an expensive fire such as this. They obviously do short warranty because they know they aren’t built to last. DO NOT BUY

Just bought an inset mazona dedham for the lounge to replace a gas fire. Great service. Great delivery. But installing was a bit tricky. Got there in the end. Sat by a lovely fire now.

My media wall had completely transformed my room. It looks brilliant.
The instructions were easy to follow. I managed to make all of it myself apart from getting help with lifting the top section on. This needed 3 people as it was so heavy. Very happy with the finished piece.
