The company did really well everything…
The company did really well everything was packed well so nothing was damaged and as quickly as can be expected only thing wish there was a help line number and possibly somewhere to fetch parts from as I do t live that far away and needed one part quit quickly but other than that I’d recommend them

NON-REPLY TO EMAILS REGARDING DAMAGE
My purchase was delivered by DHL ON 12Oct26. The packaging was damaged and the fire slightly damaged. I then sent by email two photographs of the damage to GR8fires and asked their advice on 13Oct26 and a follow-up email the next day. No reply was forthcoming from GR8fires to either of my emails. I have managed to rectify the minor damage and have taken the fire into use. I am pleased with the product but disgusted at the company's ignoring my emails.
