Bought a 3 inch fresh air intake kit for my multi fuel burner. Waited nearly 7 days for and the 3inch Flexi pipe I paid £55 for was in fact 3 3/4 inch so was no good at all. Not very well described. Looking at the quality of Louvre cover shouldn't of been more than £15 for the kit which was useless any way.

A great little unit I bought the 60 inch media centre easy to put up and build. It does take two people at times and certainly when you put it together.
The only drawback is you have to make sure where your plug sockets are if they’re right side of the media centre there’s no provision for cables to be run for your TV/ fire lucky enough I checked this beforehand and I moved my plug point up near to where the TV is gonna be if it’s external you have to cut a hole in your media centre. This must’ve been a slight oversight when designing this. Apart from that very happy with it.

General
When there's an issue, you don't arrange for a delivery and collection on the same day. Considering that both is done by DHL, this should be possible.
Your courier DHL give misleading information, where they typically say that they'll deliver on X day, but they delivery on Y day.
Communication is purely via the tracking app and not to text, so unless you have time to keep checking on the day, you'd never know.
With deliveries being aborted/changed, plus collections separate to deliveries, it relies on someone not working.

Antwoord van Gr8 Fires
We understand how frustrating it is to arrange time off for changing delivery dates and a separate collection, especially when both are handled by DHL.
Your feedback about tracking updates and the lack of direct notifications is understandable. Please know we are raising these concerns with DHL and appreciate you giving us this feedback.
Kind regards,
The Gr8fires Team
