Save your time and money go elsewhere
Item didn’t arrive. We were given a full day delivery slot as it was a pallet. That was Friday, stayed home all day. It didn’t arrive. No contact from bell to let me know why it’s late or when I would receive it.
We had to ring them for an update and they advised Monday delivery… guess what Monday came, I stayed in all day and there was no delivery.
I emailed Bells for an update they said they would let me know an eta….they never did. They show zero respect for customers.
Tuesday morning the courier rang they were on their way.
Terrible customer service happy to take your the money, zero interest in customer satisfaction or delivery of good sold.
When spending nearly eight hundred pounds on something I expect a level of aftercare and interest from the seller.

The courier advised us that they would call you directly to discuss the situation as there was an unexpected delay, and they confirmed to us that a revised delivery had been agreed after speaking with your husband.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and appreciate your patience while the courier resolved the issue. If there is anything further we can help with, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

I bought a Gazco Onyx Avanti 150RW electric fire.I am delighted with the fire. Delivery was on a pallet so need someone strong to lift it into the house.

We’re very sorry for the delays you experienced. There was an unexpected hold-up at the manufacturer’s quality control stage, which delayed delivery to us. Once received, we arranged a next working day delivery at our own cost to avoid further delay, but unfortunately, the courier did not deliver as promised on the first two attempts.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We’re glad your fire has now arrived safely and hope you enjoy it for many years to come.
