The repair to my car was handled very efficiently throughout by ABL1Touch. I was kept informed of progress at all times and provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed which was delivered and collected on time.

Repairs “completed” in January, discovered crash bar had not been replaced in July -

Contacted insurance at start of August and it took 3 phone calls and 2 complaints before anyone from ABL contacted- Spoke with someone called Micheal who said he would look into things and get back to me, then just put the phone down. No notes were added to my file so other workers were unaware of this conversation. Emails were sent to him to follow up but he never re-contacted me.

Was then sent an email accusing me of no contact towards booking in. Not a single apology given for their lack of communication, poor service or anything for that matter.

Multiple complaints made and will never be using an ABL shop for repairs again.

Very professional pick up and delivery man.Helpful on the phone,nothing to much trouble.

I am happy to edit and delete this if I am proven wrong, however extremely disappointed with these repairers chosen by a third party’s insurance to repair my vehicle. Vehicle collected 2 weeks ago and still not even received an estimated completion - despite requesting this 3 times personally as well as twice by the insurance company.

Car came back in excellent condition. Delivered on date that was said . Very friendly staff when talking on phone.

Good communication up until the day the car was supposed to be dropped off. Was told at 9:30 would be an hour only to be told at end of day will be next day. Arranged to stay home on the day advised. Emailed, phoned. Didn’t hear anything back.

Really helpful. Staff on arrival were welcoming, helped me understand how to use the courtesy car. Always got phone calls for updates and then a follow text message with a summary to help me remember everything that was going on. Couldn’t fault the team and the service I received
