I was kept up to date on the progress if the work being carried out. I always ask loads of questions and AB1 were very open about the process and work that was being carried out.

The completed work was of high standard and the car was returned clean inside and out.

Kept informed every step of the way. Pleasant staff. Finished ahead of expected time. Collected and delivered promptly. Excellent service

Great customer care and excellent service

Having already given a good review immediately after my experoence with ABL1Touch, what I wasn’t aware of, and presumably they were, was that my car had been parked illegally overnight whilst in their care.

I received the Parking fine on Monday and immediately called the branch who would not pay it directly but asked me to pay it and promised to pay me back.

I followed up with an email to remind them that they owed me money but this was ignored.

I called today and was told that the employee had forgotten to process the payment.

Staff very indifferent once the have your money and the good review.

This company was recommended by my insurance company and I will obviously let them know that this is how they treat their customers.

The delivery of the vehicle was quick and efficient and communication on what work would be done clear. I very much appreciated the efforts made to complete the work as soon as possible. The quality of work was excellent as was process for collecting the car.

My Mini Clubman needed a new door and plastic sill trim. The colour match on the door is astonishingly good. I genuinely can't tell the difference, and the quality of the finish is perfect.
My car was returned to me so clean inside and out that it looks like it has been professionally detailed.

My sons car was an insurance crash damaged car and ABL1 were assigned to carry out the repairs by his insurance company. After hearing nothing for over six weeks we chased for a progress report and were informed that the car had been forgotten about and had been sitting untouched. The car was then rushed through for repairs and boy, did it look like it! When the car was delivered back to us I rejected the work as the new panel was damaged and the new paint chipped along with filler dust everywhere and additional marks/scuffs that were not there before. There was a huge amount of filler dust in the interior. The repair was very poor and needed looking at again. After continual chasing, we were given numerous failed delivery dates and promises. Having taken delivery of the car again, I spent over 3 hours cleaning the car inside and out and in doing so I noticed that all of the sports settings had been turned on and the diagnostic port cover was left open, so somebody clearly had some fun while the car was in for repairs. The final paint job was good, but the lack of communication, attention to detail was very poor.

They were really professional from beginning to end. They called me straight away, they came and got my car, they repaired it at the highest standards so overall a very nice experience.

The guys at ABL were excellent from start to finish. Their communication was clear, it was consistent and they made the experience an easy one. The work they have done on my car is excellent, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Everything went smoothly, flexible delivery and collection. Only thing, had two phone calls about the collection of the hire car, which I had left with you.
