As first time buyers, we were going into this experience with little knowledge on the process of buying our first property, and couldn’t recommend Aberdein Considine enough, specifically the Banchory branch.

Lauren helped us throughout the entire process from application to the day we picked up our keys, with consistent communication, excellent advice and overall fantastic service.

We would recommend any other first time buyers to go through the process with the Aberdein Considine branches, as they made the whole experience exciting, easy, and entirely stress free!

We are absolutely over the moon with our first time buyer experience with Aberdein Considine Banchory. We worked specifically with Lauren, who was kind, knowledgeable, professional and rigorous. We felt totally supported from the beginning to the end and Lauren was always very responsive to our questions and preferences. We actually asked Lauren at one point, “when does this get stressful?”, as we’d heard some horror stories from our first time buyer friends, but actually it was a total breeze thanks to the care we were shown. When we visited the office, all of the staff we interacted with were lovely! Couldn’t recommend the team enough 😊

The Property Sales Team have been nothing short of fantastic. They kept us informed every step of the way, provided assistance when required and communicated with us regularly. Special mention to Caitlin who was our main point of contact and made the process so smooth.

We used AC to sell our family home of over 50 years. It was an emotional time which also involved the executry of an estate and a work redundancy. I was already a client of the Firm, and given the range of services available it was a no brainer to utilise their experience and professionalism once again.
Issues with a missing will meant a lengthy delay in proceedings, and Sarah from The Executry Dept explained matters in detail throughout. All options were provided tactfully and her excellent communication skills allowed the wider family to make relevant decisions with ease.
The house sale fell back to the winter months, where blizzards then floods became a local factor. But the team at Union Street remained positive throughout. Danielle and Kira used their local knowledge and expertise to promote the property appropriately and following a significant tweak in strategy, it resulted in 22 viewings and a successful offer above valuation. Josh and Duncan deserve a mention for their hard work along with the whole Estate Agency team.
Overseen by Chris and Fiona, the sale has now reached a successful conclusion aided by the sterling work at their Conveyancing Hub by Nicola and Rachel ……. ably assisted by Jade and co at Byres Road branch in facilitating relevant signatures from siblings many miles away.
The seemless interaction between offices and departments at various locations provided us with all the information and support necessary.

The whole experience of selling my house was made so easy by the team. Their communication was excellent and they kept you up to date every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank You!

In general, the service was good. It took quite a long time to get the original photos and schedule. I had plenty time, but some of the photos were taken again so overall, it took quite a long time to get the completed schedule. I was disappointed the photos were not taken by a professional photographer. All the people I dealt with were very professional and nice to deal with.

Chris, Alannah, Fiona and team were fantastic. Handled my sales seamlessly and with very little stress.

All through the selling process the team in the Banchory office acted in a professional but friendly manner. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful and exhibited a proactive approach providing advice as required.

Once Matt has set things up, the operation from home report to photographs is fast & seamless . The booking system for viewings is built on reporting to the client & I was updated on a sometimes hourly basis .

What a pleasure viewing with Archie. Viewings can be boring or stressful depending on the client, but Archie has such a welcoming disposition. He wasn't dismissive of our questions and even put up with our second viewing. Archie even looked up Aberdein Considine web site to see if there were any other properties that would meet our requirements. He is an asset and I look forward to meeting him again. All I will say is those lights were entertaining.
