We have had an excellent experience with Aberdein Considine LLP in recent years. One of their Senior Solicitors, Eric Fong, has supported us by providing legal advice/guidance/support over the last few years and the level of customer services has been great.

In general the experience was ok, but I was not informed in time that the buyer is using the solicitor from Aberdein Considine as well and was told about it only when I accepted the offer and asked to sign the document to acknowledge this fact. As well as communication between the agents who deal with my sale can be better, as I needed to repeat same info for the different people who works within one company.

The sale of our house was professionally handled, great communication and all the staff in the local Ellon office were great to work with. I would definitely use there services again. Thank you!

We met Jessica when she came to our house and found her a very pleasant person, easy to talk to and we loved the photographs she had taken during the appointment. Apologies to the staff at Peterhead for the delay but yes moving house is always filled with endless unpacking and decorating. What can I say… from start to finish the team were absolutely fantastic. They did everything to not only sell our home but to help us find our dream cottage. The amount of homes they found us to view that met/almost met all our criteria was just fab.
