Free Recall on KIA EV6
I was invited to bring my EV for a recall to upgrade software.
I was dealt with promptly and offered coffee. I was informed a couple of hours later that my car was ready and that KIA had carried ta free safety check and provided a video of the findings. (All OK)
On driving my car away I noticed that my car had been washed and valeted.

Lovely, helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere!
The branch was lovely and welcoming. Johnathan let us have some time to look around the car and inside and was on hand for any questions. He then guided us on a test drive, again on hand for any questions. Once we were back at the branch, he was extremely helpful and we got the sense he truly wanted us to get the best deal. We had a fab experience here and I can’t wait to get the keys to my new car!!

I brought a Kia Sportage from Chris…
I brought a Kia Sportage from Chris Stockell, he was great, lovely friendly guy and did not push anything. He gave me all the information about various specifications and allowed me to make the right choice for me. He kept me informed of when to expect my car, talked me through all the financial options available and made it very easy to buy a car. When I collected my car he went through everything and made collection a smooth process too. I also have to mention the Manager- Stewart, who was also a great help and nothing was too much trouble. The car itself is amazing, I am extremely happy with it, it is a comfortable and lovely drive, with a lot of space and features.

Great experience
Easy to make an appointment. Followed by a phone call a couple of days before the car was due to go there. Very welcoming, very thorough. Washed and hoovered out, which didn't get done at a previous Kia garage. Mot explained.

I called in to see David Cunningham about the progress of my new car order. David is always very friendly, helpful and welcoming when you see him. My new car had arrived early and David kindly allowed me to view the new vehicle in storage. The new car looked amazing. I was unable to bring in the car myself…
I was unable to bring in the car myself after I had a fall, but Lesley was very kind and understanding and arranged for the car to be collected and returned after service and MOT. Everyone has been extremely helpful and supportive with any queries I’ve had during a difficult year for me and their kindness is much appreciated
