I bought a Gecko bracelet, which I loved, but after a few months (not wearing all the time), two of the cubic zirconia gems fell out. I contacted Acotis on 26.02.26, who seemed very responsive to my faulty item and sent me a royal mail label to return. I received an email from them on 06.03.26 confirming that they had received my return and to allow up to 6 weeks for the repair / assessment process to be completed. After 10 weeks (21.05.26), having heard nothing from Acotis, I contacted them to ask for a progress update. They replied within 24 hours with an apology, and saying they had contacted their supplier again to check for updates. I emailed again on 09.06.26, this time they replied after 46 hours saying they were currently waiting on an update from their supplier and they'd get back to me as soon as they had a response.

I then emailed again on 25.06.26, which was now 16 weeks after they received my item. In this email I requested a refund as I felt I had waited patiently and more than long enough. I had no response to this email, so emailed again on 06.07.26 - exactly 4 months since they confirmed receipt of my return. This time they replied 24 hours later saying that they had (just) received an update from their supplier advising that the bracelet had been discontinued and they therefore could not provide a replacement or a repair.

They advised that they understood my frustration and that they would like to offer me a different piece of jewellery of the same value as a replacement. I responded immediately to this email (07.07.26) saying that I would prefer a refund now, as the whole process had just taken too long.

I received no response to this email either, so emailed again 7 days later (14.07.26) to request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to my original payment method within 7 days, and to confirm this in writing.

It has been over 48 hours since I sent that email and I still haven't had a response. Extremely poor customer service so I just want to warn other people before they shop with Acotis Diamonds.

Quick delivery packaged lovely, would have been nice if customer services had replied to my question about the dimensions of the product (hence only 4 stars) - they did reply initially days later but to ask me for the product number but then didn’t respond to two further emails.

Bought a Thomas Sabo charm which ended up being faulty. Sent back as requested by customer service and was advised on 29/01/2026 that I would have the replacement back within 6 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I have still have not received it back. I have left emails and phone messages to the company and have not had a reply.

Fantastic customer service, my favourite jewellery (Uno de 50) available at great prices and they even offer a price match if available elsewhere at a lower price. Ky and Emma were both really helpful and responded quickly to messages, and made the extra effort to let me know an out of stock item was due back in. Dispatch and delivery were quick and I'm so pleased with my beautiful bracelet which was well packaged and came complete with the brand packaging.
