My son had his ADHD assessment and diagnoses today by Sarah skinner and she was absolutely brilliant. Made myself and my son feel extremely comfortable in an already nerve racking situation. The way she spoke to my son was very clear and easy for him to understand. Everything was explained clearly and to the point which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend ADHD360 and Sarah in particular. Thankyou again! :)

Assessment appointment was quicker than expected which is excellent,my concern is after a diagnosis correspondence after is very poor not kept updated on what's happening, getting treatment is like getting blood out of a stone I understand that they needed to check some of my health issues but after getting the go ahead to start treatment from my specialist they seem to not respond when I ask when I can start treatment,emailed but no response, messages left for my my clinicaltion but no response,being a company that deal with people with ADHD and autism you would think that they would understand how this behaviour effectives there patients.
Being left with no clear information or even a phone call to clarify things you shouldn't have to repeatedly ring up to try and chase things up then to only be ignored.
I understand they are busy just being kept in the loop would be nice

I honestly cannot praise my ADHD nurse Claire Crawley enough. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does and is such a kind, caring and understanding person. She makes me feel listened to, supported and understood, without ever feeling judged.
It makes such a difference to have someone who genuinely takes the time to listen, understands ADHD and treats you with compassion and patience. She makes me feel comfortable being myself and talking openly, which means so much. I'm incredibly grateful for all her help, support and understanding. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and the work she does. She is a real credit to her profession, and I feel very lucky to have her supporting me.

Omg just had my assessment with HHT and he was brilliant, we spoke like we’d known each other years and we had only just spoke today for first time , recommend adhd360 and hht made me feel understood and appreciated

ADHD 360 were always good on the telephone, very helpful, but the patient portal didn't work for us as the assessment appointments did not appear on it, even though they existed. I had to ring up to book one in the end because I couldn't see any coming through. The clinician who carried out the assessment was excellent.

We recently went through the ADHD assessment process with ADHD 360 for our daughter, aged 10. The online portal was straightforward to navigate, and we found it a good, helpful tool showing completed and outstanding tasks.
Sarah Skinner was our practitioner and she was excellent. Our daughter was a little anxious and nervous beforehand, worried about what to expect. However, Sarah was warm, calm, and immediately put her at ease. Within minutes our daughter was completely relaxed and acting like her usual self. The questions were asked in a very natural, conversational way rather than feeling like a cold interrogation. Sarah explained everything clearly, listened to our concerns, and made sure our daughter felt heard and respected throughout the process.
If you are considering an assessment (including through Right to Choose), we would highly recommend both Sarah Skinner and ADHD360. It has been a huge relief to finally get clarity and understanding for our daughter.

Samantha M helped me through my titration process. Her consistent patience, empathy, and sensitivity to my circumstances were exactly what I needed. Although I was very nervous when starting out, Samantha brought a calm personality and warmth to our appointments. She helped me relax until I naturally engaged, and even made me laugh at times.
She attentively listened when the first brand of medication wasn't right for me, and happily walked me through the differences of other medications available that best suited my needs. She continued to be incredibly supportive while I adjusted, allowing me a space to speak openly and helping me identify the challenges I was facing. It feels so much better knowing that I can now label what I have struggled with, which helps me manage things better. I'm very happy with how Samantha has walked this journey with me. The nurse who spoke with me is so friendly and helpful. She explain every single step. I like her way when she spoke with me. I am so satisfy💜💜

The process was extremely smooth, I was kept updated at all times and the clinician who completed the assessments/appointments was absolutely fantastic. Tom was compassionate, kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend ADHD360 to anyone needing any advice or support.

I’m very impressed with how the organisation has dealt with me. However, as with most organisations now, the reliance on technology removes some of the personal interaction. I struggle with technology and find it frustrating so using a portal has meant I miss things

Just brilliant, such a quick referrals process and my doctor was so understanding. I wish I had done this years ago.

I had some initial issues with my GP not sending the referral through for 9months, but once they actually sent it, ADHD360 have been nothing short of impeccable. The day after receiving my referral the process was firmly underway and I had a BP monitor on the doorstep.

The assessment was calm and easy flowing, the practitioner made me feel at ease and able to speak freely.

I received a provisional diagnosis during the assessment which helped me straight away to realise my actions, emotions and struggles through life were down to undiagnosed ADHD, and not through a fault in my character.

The assessment was very thorough and the waiting time was so short and the assessor took into consideration all my other conditions too and came to the conclusion that I didn’t have a personality disorder which I was diagnosed with in my 20 s always felt it was such a damaging diagnosis and I was nothing like the other people that were in the same therapy . So am so so glad as now have totally 💯 got the diagnosis’s that make up me as a person and all neurological rather than mental ill health illness being the root cause to how my life has been. This is so much more than a diagnosis it’s so much more validating and personal acceptance of how I am. So many thanks

Sarah Skinner was a superstar, my daughter was very nervous and within 20 mins of the call, my daughter was being herself like she would at home. She felt comfortable to speak up about her concerns. Sarah was kind and understanding, didn't judge. Making the call feel like a family chit chat, we were just missing a cup of tea.

A proffessional, caring & understanding service. I spoke with Imran Chohan, initially for an assesment, & then at regular dates, following the medication titration process. The whole process was explained to me in easy to understand, terms and I always felt my wellbeing was a priority. The ADHD360 service has a very easy to access website, with my information, & tasks that I needed to complete before our next meeting. Even with ADHD making my ability to organise & focus at times the website was simple enough for me to manage. The amount of information there is pretty good too. This is how the NHS and external providers can work together. Hopefully the transition to my GP for medication management will go as smoothly. Thank you so much, it has been a very positive experience.

My experience with ADHD 360 is that I've been treated extremely well, I've been supported throughout my treatment and found all the staff to be both professional, understanding and accommodating.
I am particularly grateful for the care I've received from Samantha Morgan, who has been really kind and understanding.
I do highly recommend this service!
There is however 1 snag, I have experienced challenges with their IT and logging in. Whilst this has been frustrating, the staff have overcome the issues and managed to bypass the challenges with ease and to ensure I receive my treatment in a timely manner.
