I had some initial issues with my GP…
I had some initial issues with my GP not sending the referral through for 9months, but once they actually sent it, ADHD360 have been nothing short of impeccable. The day after receiving my referral the process was firmly underway and I had a BP monitor on the doorstep.
The assessment was calm and easy flowing, the practitioner made me feel at ease and able to speak freely.
I received a provisional diagnosis during the assessment which helped me straight away to realise my actions, emotions and struggles through life were down to undiagnosed ADHD, and not through a fault in my character.

The assessment was very thorough and the waiting time was so short and the assessor took into consideration all my other conditions too and came to the conclusion that I didn’t have a personality disorder which I was diagnosed with in my 20 s always felt it was such a damaging diagnosis and I was nothing like the other people that were in the same therapy . So am so so glad as now have totally 💯 got the diagnosis’s that make up me as a person and all neurological rather than mental ill health illness being the root cause to how my life has been. This is so much more than a diagnosis it’s so much more validating and personal acceptance of how I am. So many thanks

What a superstar!
Sarah Skinner was a superstar, my daughter was very nervous and within 20 mins of the call, my daughter was being herself like she would at home. She felt comfortable to speak up about her concerns. A proffessional, caring & understanding service.
A proffessional, caring & understanding service. I spoke with Imran Chohan, initially for an assesment, & then at regular dates, following the medication titration process. The whole process was explained to me in easy to understand, terms and I always felt my wellbeing was a priority. The ADHD360 service has a very easy to access website, with my information, & tasks that I needed to complete before our next meeting. Even with ADHD making my ability to organise & focus at times the website was simple enough for me to manage. The amount of information there is pretty good too. This is how the NHS and external providers can work together. Hopefully the transition to my GP for medication management will go as smoothly. Thank you so much, it has been a very positive experience.

My experience with ADHD 360 is that I've been treated extremely well, I've been supported throughout my treatment and found all the staff to be both professional, understanding and accommodating.
I am particularly grateful for the care I've received from Samantha Morgan, who has been really kind and understanding.
I do highly recommend this service!
There is however 1 snag, I have experienced challenges with their IT and logging in. Whilst this has been frustrating, the staff have overcome the issues and managed to bypass the challenges with ease and to ensure I receive my treatment in a timely manner.

A great experience
The initial waiting time for an appointment was significantly shorter than the NHS waiting list- I used to Right To Choose option. I had my assessment and then medication titration with the same clinician which I think gives much better continuity.
I saw Clare Ashton and she is calm, friendly and so knowledgeable. Her support and expert knowledge throughout the titration period was excellent and made a huge difference to me. Having no time limits for the titration and never feeling rushed by her was also a huge positive, and I know others who have used different companies have had the opposite experience to me around this. I am very pleased I have gone through ADHD360 and that I was assessed and treated by Clare.
