Great to find a business who value all customers regardless of how they wish to make contact.
Great to find a company which allows its customers to choose how they would like to make contact. So many businesses offer phone as an option and then either make you wait hours to get answered or force you through so many restrictive automated levels of questioning you end up going around in circles without speaking to anyone. Not the case with Aegon, how very refreshing and reassuring that at least one business places equal importance on their customers regardless of which channel of communication they choose to make contact.

The Customer Care Team are helpful, efficient and speak very clearly
My problem has not been resolved as there is an IT issue which is being investigated but the three members of the Customer Care Team with whom I spoke were very clear spoken, kind, patient and helpful.

The person knew their job, as I presented them with a number of challenges, each was overcome with care, and as a pensioner the person took the trouble to be patient. This is not just a professional person I’m talking to, it’s the training which as ex British Army seems really good, so thank you.
