Book Umrah for my wife and her sister through Eman, it was a soul-feeling Ibadah. Everything was well arranged with an avoidable price To top it up it was during Ramadan.

So my wife wanted to go on Umra, our first as a family and my first since my mother passed away. I delayed it for a long time. She found Aerolinks Travel and dealt with them on the Telephone. We paid in full in December 2024 for a 1 week Umra mid-February 2025. Aerolinks said that everything was booked and sent us all the confirmations. Ticket confirmations, voucher/reservations numbers for the hotels, Taxi details etc. While I cannot fault them for their taxi arrangements, which was exceptionally good. Unfortunately when we arrived at Anjum Hotel Makkah, to our horror we were told we did not have a booking, and no payments had been made based on our reservation numbers. So we had to suffer the humiliation in front of others, that the Hotel had not been paid for by the umra provider Aerolinks, and then we had to wait for 3 hours with two children, after travelling from London and then from Jeddah to Makkah. I did not have a Saudi sim card and was calling directly from my own mobile phone, many times, so as yet have not received my telephone bill. The Saudi manager then said I would need to pay nearly 1400 Riyal per night otherwise we would be denied stay, they confirmed there were outstanding bills from the Provider. We had booked for 4 nights, in the end of this madness, after nearly 3 hours of calling the emergency number in the UK. In the end the Provider only paid for 3 nights and not the 4 nights, we paid for an extra night so we could use the room early on Sunday morning, shower and have breakfast. We missed our umra slot as well. Again we had the same issue at the Pullman Zamzam hotel in Madina, no payment had been made and reservation numbers were invalid. I dont understand why these hotels were not paid for, given we paid Aerolinks in December 2024 in full by Bank Transfer. Safe to say, this did spoil our umra completely, my wife was upset and crying as we have never experienced anything like this before. It is not acceptable at all to have this kind of experience, given it is for umra and not for sun bathing on the beach. The Saudi government have now issued warnings to all providers as indicated in the public domain, the "Minister of Hajj and Umrah, emphasized that both domestic and international service providers guilty of negligence or dereliction of duty will face severe penalties". We were eventually refunded 1 day stay at the Anjum Hotel, but again this is unacceptable. But safe to say, we will not be using this company again given our experience. We dont mind delays etc. and the typical challenges while travelling, but what we do mind is being told you don’t have a reservation or a room because no payments have been made by Aerolinks, although we paid Aerolinks in full for our umra at least two months in advance. I WILL NOT BE USING AEROLINKS AGAIN.

The travel agent Awais was very helpful and patient. Was always available to answer any query. For first timers like me overall experience was very good.

Since we were arriving a bit late than the usual check in time. The hotel was informed but when we arrived there was a bit of confusion about the rooms. The local hotel sorted it out quickly.

We also got the transport through this Umrah & Hajj travel agency, which was great. As part of the transport package we had Ziarats (both Makkah & Madina) included. The driver was good but his knowledge of places visited was not great. On the last night when we were being driven ti the airport, the driver Salam, was excellent. On our way he was telling us about different land marks and this knowledge was way superior than the other person. We felt the difference.

Overall I would rate the experience very good

My dealings with this company was with agent Arham who to be honest was excellent throughout the whole process from booking and keeping me fully up to date with the trip. Thank you Arham for your excellent customer service and support through out .

I had booked a package from them the first time it was okay and then we book again within a few weeks time but the second time they start lying ripping off please be aware, they want money and not providing the service they promised

Please make sure you pay by credit card You will have more consumer rights protected and not Bank Transfer. 

We booked an Umrah package for four people, and Mr. Umair Ali assisted us with utmost professionalism. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to arrange everything smoothly and efficiently. We are grateful for the seamless experience, which allowed us to travel comfortably and with peace of mind. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided.

We went on our first Umrah, arranged by Arham at Hajj and Umrah experts. Once we decided that we wanted to go ahead with umrah package, Arham quite patiently answered all our queries and provided us with tailored package. If only we had smooth visas processing time , they deserved 5 Stars. Nevertheless, the transport arrangement were top class. May Allah reward Arham and team for being part of our blessed journey.

I booked umrah package for 8 people and Mr Awais has been assisting us with every stage of the booking to the day of travel and during our umrah. We were able to arrange everything smoothly and quickly. I'm grateful that we had no worries whilst travelling as we were made very comfortable and at ease. MR awais assisted is with an issue we met with the airline and was available during this emergency. Overall very satisfied.

We just returned from umrah and I have to say that the service we received from Zia was 5☆, straight off the bat ,Zia helped put a package together that suited our 16 people group.
The flights, hotels, visa's all made easy by Zia, he advised us every step of the way, taking care of our every need,
We had children and elderly in our group and Zia made the whole process stress free.
Checking up on us whislt we were in Saudi, reassured us all the way.
