Our agent Zia Mustufa Mughal made our Umrah journey so much easier than what it could have been. We had a big group and he facilitated everything for us.. the flights, accommodation, visas.. everything. Alhumdulillah, because of his help.. we were able to just focus on our umrah and didn't need to worry about anything else.

The whole operation from choosing the best hotels to sorting out visas at a very accommodating price was fantastic. Areeba had sorted out the perfect umrah package and relieved me of the hesitancies I first had about going through an agent- best decision ever! Good deals shared by Aerolinks for the Umrah Package. Overall I was satisfied with the services and the Umrah Package. Muhammad was the sales executive and he has done a good job. He cummunicated well and changed the hotels as per the request and couple of things as well. I would definately recommend anyone to book Umrah Packages through Aerolinks.

Very poor rude customer service.
Made a hotel booking in march for aug.
Made payment , voucher sent was told all confirmed...now have found out no reservation.has been made at the hotel..
Rang company up and now been told cinfirmation is 2 days before check in.
I rang the advisor i made booking with tiday and he basically was so rude ignorant and unproffesional.
He said im angry and i need to calm down..
I wasnt angry at all.
He belitted me over the phone and wouldnt let me speak to the mananger.

Wont give me a refund at all.
Now il file a complaint with ATOL.
avoid this 2 face lying company.

I used this company for Umrah last year and have some conversation for Umrah this year. My advisor was Br Arham he is a very friendly, helpful and experienced person. Definitely recommend this company for any travel related matters.

Used umrah service in november. Paid for my own room despite clearing all the package charges before my flight.

Still waiting for my refund after 8 months.

It has to be the slowest processing ever.
