Booked an umrah package for my family of 8, they just returned back. Areeba helped us put the package together, and she was an absolute star from start to finish. She listened to our requirements and provided advice and quotes accordingly, and we were very picky about a lot of things, but Areeba was so patient and hardworking, and the best thing about her was that she was always available, and was checking upon how the trip is going and even if they had returned home safely. She was the best agent i have ever had the experience of dealing with. Great and reliable company, dont hesitate to contact them for an umrah package....... and ask for Areeba.

Experienced good communication and any issues were dealt with promptly. She always replied immediately. We performed our umrah . Our stay at both hotels was good. Just minor housekeeping issues at Madinah hotel, otherwise everything was good. I would definitely recommend booking with this company and would InShaAllah book with them in the future.

The overall experience was very good. The hotel and service in Makkah was amazing, though the hotel in Madinah was not really what I expected, as there were a number of issues with the room. We booked our Umrah package with Usman who was extremely helpful and patient with all of our queries and concerns. We gave him our choice of hotels for both Makkah and Medina which he then tailored to our requirements ie Haram view and breakfast.

The package price was very competitive. Usman provided regular updates on flight time changes and followed up with quick checks in over the phone.

I requested for Wheelchair service for my mother which was factored in to the flight. This was important for me as mum has an injury from an rta.

I would highly recommend Usman’s services to other customers. Overall very very happy with the service provided.

Very poor service in Mecca while hotel reservation is been cancelled and had to call agency from their, No HCN number been given by the agency prior departures and it’s only given when I had to contact with them from Macca. in Madina hotel being changed without prior notice expect passenger to read their email while they were busy with in pligrim however each hotel was booked by the agency before departure even though confirmed and sign by the passenger, hotel was been paid for it long time ago, very careless service and system, I would not recommend to any one this agency. The service is very ridiculous as passenger has to go through so much of trouble.

We booked our umrah trip through hajj and Umrah experts and our representative was Talha who was excellent.
Talha was able to get us a great deal on our trip. We were very specific with what wanted and Talha ensured we were able to get exactly what we asked for. He also organised all the additional aspects swiftly, such as visas and transfers. I had lots of questions and Talha was readily available via phone or email and very prompt to respond. I was sceptical using a company I hadn’t heard of before but honestly it was a very good decision and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the service and especially Talha’s great costumer service.
