Fantastic company, kept me up to date with all repairs via text and email. Completly fixed my faulty car stereo front display and button controls on the device from my old retro ford classic car. Very happy customer and very approachable company considering this was not i.t or computer issue, but a car stereo issue.

I took my laptop with a broken screen. They were very quick in having a look and they tried to fix it although it was beyond economical repair. They kept me updated all the time.

Contacted AGeek when my Dell laptop started playing up, battery wasn't holding a charge and the integrated touch pad was proving dificult to use. The chaps diagnosed the issue as the battery degrading and the associated swelling interfearing with the touchpad. Dell parts ordered I took advice on what else to do whilst it was apart and had a clean and a new keyboad fitted and some thermo gell stuff (I am not technical) replaced. I now have it back and its like new! Great job thank you guys and yes I will be booking it in for annual "Servicing" from here on.

Fixed a tablet screen for me last week, appears to be working well. No concerns and very prompt service with everything explained in good detail. Very happy with this service!

WARNING!!! Avoid this shop at all costs. I had a horrific experience dealing with the director and I feel compelled to share my story to protect others from potential harm. When I confronted him about the faulty diagnosis of my device, he became aggressive and started screaming at me. It was clear that he was not interested in addressing my concerns or providing a satisfactory solution.

One of his outrageous claims was that he had diagnosed my device without even removing the chips from the motherboard. As any knowledgeable individual knows, it is impossible to access certain pins on the chips without removing them, making accurate testing equally impossible. This blatant lie only further demonstrated his lack of integrity.

Frustrated with his unprofessional behavior and unsatisfactory service, I requested a modest £25 refund for a defective diagnosis. Instead of engaging in a civilized discussion, director continued to scream at me, demanding that I leave his shop. However, I refused to respond to such disrespectful orders, especially when delivered in such an aggressive manner. Consequently, I remained inside the shop.

To my shock and horror, the director then resorted to physical violence. He threw my device to the ground, causing him to cut his hand. Astonishingly, he had the audacity to accuse me of causing the injury, despite the fact that we hadn't even come into contact. This behavior is not only reprehensible but also shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity.

When I requested to see the CCTV footage as evidence of his actions, the shop outright refused. This refusal raises serious concerns and makes me question what they might be hiding. It is no surprise that they are unwilling to provide me with the evidence that could potentially incriminate them.

To make matters worse, the director escalated the situation by grabbing my shirt with both hands and physically shoving me around. This behavior constitutes a clear case of common assault, and I was shocked that someone in a position of authority would resort to such violent actions.

Thankfully, the police got involved and their investigation confirmed that I had done nothing wrong. It is disgraceful that a director would stoop so low as to spread lies about a customer who was simply seeking a fair resolution.

I am appalled by the conduct of both listed directors and the overall state of their failing business. It is evident that customer satisfaction and professional ethics are not a priority for him. I urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment to avoid any potential mistreatment or physical harm.

Once again, trying to find news stories that you can not link to me really does show people who you really are. Your reply has absolutely no relevance to the situation. You really do like to make yourself look silly. You can not lie yourself out of this situation and take note of how this "company" replies to negative, honest reviews - there seems to be a common theme with in them. Once again they are attempting to have my review deleted and don't understand the rules. You are a listed director and your name can be found publically on companies house.

I would definitely recommend these guys, the staff are amazing at what they do and nothing is too much trouble. My phone was sorted very quickly, I wouldn't go anywhere else 👍

I took my PS5 in after the HDMI port stopped working. It's out of warranty and Sony wanted to charge me £250 and leave me without the console for a few weeks. I contacted AGeek late one night via Facebook and they contacted me back early the next morning and gathered all the relevant information, before asking me to drop the console with them later that day. 24 hours later and at a very reasonable price, I had a fully working console.

Took my laptop in to get the hinge fixed after a rouge toddler kick. They were great, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

We had old family videos converted to digital. Very professional and courteous service, updating us all the way.
