I can’t recommend these enough . Called in to get my laptop checked with it not working . They looked at it straight away and sorted it there and then and also gave excellent advice . Lovely friendly experienced staff who clearly know exactly what they’re doing . Superb service and great value for money . I wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Excellent service, respond very quickly and flexibly to enquiries and go the extra mile to make things work. Have used them for a variety of different services over the last few years and they have always been able to resolve issues and help. Very friendly team and easy to deal with.

Took two old battered VHS tapes which had in turn been used to convert cine films onto many years ago. The footage was priceless, old family film of my parents’ wedding in 1962 , photos of myself and my family from 40-50 years ago, and I was worried the vhs may have deteriorated too much but AGeek fixed the issues with chewed or damaged tape and managed to get 99.9% of the material onto a usb drive. Excellent service, constantly kept updated on progress and the ladies on the phone and in shop (Katie and another lady) were incredibly friendly and helpful! To have these old family films to see after all these years is amazing and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for similar. Thank you - Simon.

Had a problem with the screen on the Asus, the team assessed it and recommended a new screen. This was fitted and now the machine is spot on again. Kept informed all the way through and job done for a great price. Many thanks to The Geek's

Due to my own stupidity and clumsiness (I spilt cider all over my laptop) I went to AGeek and they performed a miracle! Every member of staff I spoke to was brilliant. I was offered lots of advice and help. I couldn't have asked for more and it was excellent value too.

When my partner was in a total mess whilst travelling to Chesterfield today, her iPhone cable become defective, which would was going to ruin her day of not being able to use her phone to take photos at Chatsworth House .
I quickly looked up local businesses in Chesterfield, hoping someone may table to help her. The first company I contacted was the aGeek, they quickly sorted me out anew cable for her IPhone and also made arrangements to get the cable to my partner at Chesterfield Railway station for her arrival today.
What an amazing company to help her out in her hour of need and to make sure her day went without any more issues. Her day will be a lot more relaxing now that she’s got a power lead to feed her phone to allow her to enjoy taking photos of her special day at Chatsworth House in the Peak District.

I've used aGeek for many years now and the fact I continue to do so is testament to the quality of the service they provide. My latest venture saw me purchase a reconditioned computer just before Christmas 2021. There was no hard sell just an offer to contact them if I needed any help or advice, something I have taken them up on and, as ever, they have been extremely helpful (and patient!!). I am very happy with the purchase amd the service provided.

Ageek is great. Take your stuff to them. They are prompt when you need them to be, charge reasonably, and are great at communication. I have been to other shops but always come back to Ageek.

4th visit to AGeek in the past few years. This time as my son had broken his iPhone screen and was very distraught. As usual the service was professional, courteous and the time scale and nature of repair well explained in a no nonsense manner. Nathan fixed the issue in a couple of hours. Same day service with a reasonably priced OEM product plus a 1 year warrantee. Highly recommended.
