I’ve been using Aircash for four years
I’ve been using Aircash for four years. It’s great to see how they upgraded the app trough the years adjusting it to users’s needs. Everytime I whised they would add something it would appear. One of those things is the Aircash Mastercard which I use for everything. It’s my most trusted payment app and card. I hope they will continue like this. Thank you

I am very disappointed with this app. During registration, the Kosovo phone prefix is available, which gives the impression that users from Kosovo are supported. However, during identity verification, Kosovo is not listed as an option for document issuer, making it impossible to verify my account.
This is confusing and unfair to users. If you allow Kosovo numbers, you should also support Kosovo documents for verification. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and add Kosovo to the verification system.

Please note that users can register in the Aircash app with any existing and valid phone number, regardless of the country. However, access to all Aircash wallet features depends on completing identity verification.
All the features of the Aircash wallet can be accessed by users who verify their Aircash profile with an identity card, passport, or residence permit from any member state of the European Union, including Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
If you have an identity document issued by any EU member state, including Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Bosnia and Herzegovina, please try verifying your profile with that document.

I use Aircash Mastercard to pay online…
I use Aircash Mastercard to pay online and when I travel. I just top it up with my bank card without worrying about my personal data. If I want to top it up with cash I can also do that at MrPay locations. Aircash is convenient and reliable.

Tutti i punti aircash che sono sulla…
Tutti i punti aircash che sono sulla mappa, non conoscono e non sanno cosa sia questa carta. Li ho provati tutti nel raggio di circa 40 kilometri. App quindi inutile.. Impossibiità di ricaricare il conto, inoltre l’assistenza non esiste , non c’è un numero da chiamare, se lo trovi e lo chiami ti appare inesistente. Sconsigliato completamente

Ţeapă cadou 25 lei la înregistrare
Am primit un mail de la ţeparii ăştia cum că cadou 25 de lei la înregistrare. Intru pe link-ul din mail, dau să descarc aplicaţia din link-ul de la ei de pe site care mă redirecţionează spre Playstore, descarc aplicaţia, mă înregistrez, îmi verific contul, primesc notificare cum că contul meu a fost verificat cu succes, dar ăia 25 de lei nicăieri. În mod normal cumpăram ABon, dar mulţumită ţepei de la jegoşii ăştia cărora le-am dat ultimatum să se ţină de cuvânt până la ora 00:00 26.01.2026, o să renunţ complet la ABon, o să-mi şterg şi contul la ei şi o să merg pe Paysafecard şi Okto Cash.
Edit 26.01.2026: După ce am reuşit să-mi distrug complet accesul la cont schimbând numărul de telefon, adresa de email şi datele personale în chestii total fictive, primesc mail de la ei că mi-au băgat ăia 25 de lei. Nu merci, aţi avut ultimatum până la orele 00:00 26.01.2026. Merg pe Okto şi PaySafe de acum.

Top up Sumup in KO ma Aircash addebita e nn rimborsa
Il 10 dicembre effettuo un top up da Aircash a Sumup. Aircash viene addebitata, ma per Sumup il top up è andato in KO e quindi nn mi ha caricato i fondi. Visto che si tratta di 300 euro ho scritto ad Aircash e Sumup molteplici volte; Sumup mi dice quanto segue:
La contattiamo nuovamente per informarla che la ricarica del suo wallet SumUp Pay effettuata in data 10 dicembre 2025, con numero di carta terminante in 5731, è fallita. Pertanto, l’importo non è stato accreditato nel suo wallet. Il codice della transazione è: 9a537103-5652-4141-a070-a21dfe61f4e4. Le consigliamo di inviare prove all’entità AirCash attestando che l’importo non è stato accreditato in SumUp Pay. Non è infatti possibile procedere a un rimborso da parte nostra se la somma non risulta mai versata. Ci scusiamo per l’inconveniente e restiamo a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti.
Aircash ricevuta la comunicazione qui sopra da me inviata mi risponde cosi:

VI SEMBRA NORMALE CHE 40 GG DOPO IO NON ABBIA ANCORA I MIEI FONDI E CHE SIO RIMPALLINO LA PALLA? COME DEVO FARE PER OTTENERE I MIEI SOLDI? 28.01.2026 grazie per la risposta. Però i 300 euro nn mi sono stati restituiti. Farete chargeback nei confronti di Sumup che sostiene che la transazione sia fallita. Immagino ribadiranno questo. Io voglio i.miei 300 euro.

Totally unreliable
Totally unreliable. I ordered a free Aircash Mastercard before New Year’s from their website. It said that it can be ordered for free until the end of 2025. and it would be delivered in 7 working days. They never sent the card, and the customer service is not responding to my question at all, only generic messages. A very unserious company. Not sure if trusting them with money is a good idea.
