AirModels Reviews

El pedido totalmente correcto. El envío sin problema, seguro y rápido y el producto en perfecto estado conforme a lo descrito y de gran calidad.

Ordered a diecast model from Airmodels and it was very promptly delivered and well packed.

Despite this there was some minor damage unfortunately and when I contacted customer support they were very prompt to reply and offered an immediate solution.

I don’t judge anyone for making a mistake (as I wold be judging myself a lot), I judge them by how they respond and make amends where necessary.

Customer service was exemplary and Trustpilot only allow five stars but I would give Air Models six.

Speedy delivery and great quality models. Will happily order from them again.
Great experience.

I have now purchased two models from AirModels.net and each one has been built with outstanding quality. Lovely scale and a great price. Delivered really quickly and arrived in its own nice presentation box. Superb all round service

Fast delivery, good quality models, excellent after sales service. Will definitely buy from again.

The plastic wing tip of the Spitfire came off in my hand. The propellor is not metal and the plastic stand is cheap and has irrelevant branding. No mention of the Spitfire.

Accurate description, clear user-friendly communication, secure packaging and exceptionally fast delivery to the other side of the world. Thank you, I am delighted with my purchases.

Great service. Item arrived soon after I had ordered it. Very high quality model and very good value.

All great! They have a vast assortment of fine aircraft models. I bought an XXL version of the Virgin Atlantic 787 and I'm so happy to display it on my desk! Delivery from UK is also very fast, plus when you buy you get points to collect for discounts on future orders. Great site!

The A380 model I ordered is fabulous; made with real precision. It was despatched within two hours of ordering and arrived the following day.

The supply of the model was backed by good personal service which from my experience is of the best.

Great planes and like expected from this company a great adition to my collection love this planes have 3 now and there wil be more i hope to come emerates and KLM planes

Love the replica warthog! It is very detailed and the quality is great! I love the size as well since I have a rather large collection and the size is perfect but doesn’t diminish the details. Will be acquiring more as time goes on!

Many perfect airmodels in stock, well packed and fast delivered.
Highly recommanded shop !

Just a great product, and no problem with shipping 👍

AirModels produce great models.I have purchased three planes now, Two extra large and one small as gifts. The quality is very good. What we would like to see is the company start to produce models with inbuilt illumination of the lights and windows. This would take the models to a whole new level whereby their display would look even more impressive. Thank you.

I really like the xl beluga model, excellent quality model and I cannot fault the packaging and delivery, the service has been excellent and I would love to collect all the other numbered callsigns, only have the Beluga 5 tail number available but if you had the others I would buy them in a heartbeat.

Overpriced!!! The same goods are are available elsewhere for less.
Customer service is very very bad the worst I have encountered online.

Fast Transit, good quality and details of the models.
