Very poor quality. The mat is damaged and arrived without the terminal. The only thing they can offer is 10% cashback or a 15% voucher. Do not order from here.

Quick service, quick delivery, professional addressing of shortcomings.
My order was processed quickly by Aircraft Model Store (AMS). Shipping to my door (in South Africa) normally takes a week. With this recent order I experienced a problem with the one model I ordered. The Hogan model I received should have had landing gear, but the card with the landing gear was missing. I reported this to AMS and they addressed this issue professionally. I have made a number of purchases from AMS and have always received great service from them.

We’re sorry the parcel arrived too late for the birthday. We dispatched your order on 31 July via Parcelforce 24, as it was ordered after the previous day’s cut-off. Once the parcel is with the courier, delivery timings are outside our direct control, but we’ll make sure your experience is fed back.
