Aircraft Model Store Reviews

Superb model with amazing details. It was a VA A350-1000. Prompt delivery with tracking. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service every time. Great products, prices and delivery time plus an excellent rewards scheme.

Excellent service every time (over several years) and even when things don't quite go the way you expect (e.g. faulty items). Lovely staff, great range of models and great pricing!

Always a pleasure to deal with the good folk at AMS. Friendly and professional service. Website is easy to navigate and there are several payment options, including a Pay in 3 option.
Prices are competitive, especially when they have special promotions.
Thanks AMS team!

I don’t feel 5 stars are enough for the level of service I have received. I have been looking for a Virgin Atlantic A350 for my son’s 9th birthday as we travelled on one to and from Orlando a few weeks ago and he’s been driving me crazy for one since. After a quick google search I came upon AMS. Found the plane I was looking for a decided to make a purchase and honestly AMAZED is not the word. Everything was so easy it arrived quicker than expected and packaged really well. I could not believe the quality from the way it’s made to the way it looks but what really took me back was it was the EXACT plane we flew to Orlando on “red velvet” seeing my boys face was priceless. So much so we are on our way to a collection now as I have since ordered an A380. I contacted AMS to say how impressed I was and received a lovely email back from Jeffrey that made my day and makes you feel like a person more than just another “customer” I cannot recommend this company enough, their range and service really is second to none.

The customer service was top notch, which is really important for a good aircraft model store. Their collection is amazing, with international shipping with all fees paid so you have no extra fees at delivery. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service from Jeffrey! Model arrived with a missing part, however easily sorted and a replacement arrived in days. Easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Nunca he tenido algún problema con mis compras. Tienen modelos a precio razonable, excelente atención y por sobre todo muy buena comunicación.

Totalmente recomendables ¡¡

Recently ordered a B1-B Lancer model. Came on time and safely. I have ordered from this website before they are very reliable quick dispatch times and good prices on products. I’ll highly recommend this website to any model collector!

Very happy with my recent Gemini200 A380 orders, brilliant service with excellent friendly communications. Will be a returning customer for sure 🙂✈️

Easy to use website and speed of delivery.

Great speedy service

Excellent product, excellent website, and the delivery process was brilliant too. Strongly recommend the Aircraft Model Store.

Great page and even better customer support, they replied within 12 hours, quichest I've ever seen.

Superb service. Model came super quick

Saw the aviation tag on their Facebook page as an advert. It just so happens it was on my Facebook memories the day before when I boarded that actual aircraft. So it was a no brainer to add it to my collection. The order process was seamless as you'd expect these days. Even dropped them a message via messenger to let them know of the personal story behind the tag. They replied after the weekend (I messaged them late Saturday evening) with personal message back. Supplied the tracking in the message also.

The tag arrived in perfect condition & unaware to me, it was a limited run so is extra meaningful.

Overall faultless all the way through.

I haven't received my product in the mail yet and it's been 3 weeks since I have ordered my product.
