Very poor quality. The mat is damaged and arrived without the terminal. The only thing they can offer is 10% cashback or a 15% voucher. Do not order from here.
Fantastic customer service. Jeffrey and Miles tended to my issue and they were quick to respond and help me out. Although it was a trickier one, they still managed to sort everything and get it al... Toon meer

I’ve purchased several 1:400 scale models from AMS and all of them have arrived safely and with no damage whatsoever. AMS also has the largest selection of models that I’ve seen and most of what I need.

Thank you for the lovely review. We’re very happy to hear the models have arrived safely and that our selection has been helpful for your collection.
Love the fast shipping, but better shipping boxes is a must.
I loved the fast shipping and the store itself looks awesome. I want to buy in the future definetly more diecasts from AMS.
However what makes it not 5 stars is that I ordered a single 1:400 diecast model which was put inside a cardboard mailbox. So the people working at the postal office squezed multiple times the box inside a mailbox shaped thing which completely destroyed the box of the 1:400. However I was lucky that the diecast plane came safe and sound, but I am kinda dissapointed that I cant save or collect the box itself since its completely destroyed.

Thank you for the honest feedback, we really appreciate it.
We’re very glad the model itself arrived safely, but we’re genuinely sorry to hear the outer pressure during delivery damaged the box. We do pack models carefully in protective cardboard packaging, but we’ll certainly take your comments on board and review this with our team.
Thank you again for your support, we’d love to serve you again.
My first NG models Dreamliner
My first Dreamliner just arrived from AMS Airplane Models Store and I’m beyond satisfied. The model is beautifully crafted, extremely accurate, and looks incredible in the display. Shipping was quick and professional, with good packaging to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition. The only annoying part was domestic customs, that took a bit longer to process. But in overall smooth and trustworthy buying experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for serious collectors!

We completely understand, international shipping and import costs can make it more expensive for customers outside the UK, and we know that’s frustrating. We always try to keep our prices as fair as possible and pack everything carefully so it arrives safely.
We truly value your support.

We’re really sorry to read this and that you’ve felt disappointed.
You first contacted us on the 19th outside of our business hours, and we responded first thing the next working day. The tracking showed the parcel as delivered with a photo provided by Royal Mail, however you advised that the property in the image wasn’t yours. As a result, we’ve raised a formal claim with Royal Mail so they can investigate the delivery.
We’re continuing to follow this up and will contact you directly as soon as we receive their response so we can resolve this properly for you.
Super kind friendly and helpful
Jeffery was so helpful regarding our order, gave us load of information on the plane my son had ordered and was super quick with his responses.
Thanks Jeffery!

We’re very sorry to hear this, that’s certainly not the standard we aim for. Just to reassure you, we are a UK company and all orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Sometimes Royal Mail tracking can lag behind, but we completely appreciate how this looks from your side.
We’ll message you directly now to gather your details and investigate what’s happened.
Model was on special offer
Model was on special offer - arrived on time and in great (new) condition. This is a 'snap-fit' model - one of the jets had come off the wing but pushed back on easily with no repair or glue necessary.

Airworthy Model Supplier
3I've shopped at this aviation model store for some time now on and off, ....So I've seen them improve from the early days when you didn't know if the item was in stock or pre order until you had paid for it! ... but now they've really got their act together with regard to what's in stock and what you may need to pre order. They have a very large selection of models at competitive prices and shipping rates. They also have a reward scheme which is great too if you by a lot of models so as your collection expands you get a nice little treats or incentive to come back. I have to say though my main source for models is / was Aviation Megastore in Netherlands but with the UK tightening up on import duty soon it looks like I may have curtail that avenue of pleasure and start buying from closer to home. So I'm going to miss the shear array of manufacturers plus the massive buying power they had for getting new release models on the shelves quicker than their rivals. I just hope AMS get as big.....keep up the continous improvement. Its always been a great shopping experience and if its not been up to scratch (usually a shipping misshap with royal mail) you always put it right which is the main thing!! ....hats off to you AMS.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review, it genuinely means a lot to us.
We really appreciate you recognising how far we’ve come. In the early days we were learning and growing quickly, and feedback like yours has played a big part in helping us improve our stock clarity and overall service.
It’s lovely to hear that you’ve enjoyed shopping with us, especially our rewards scheme and competitive pricing. We know we’re not the biggest player out there, but as a small independent team we work hard to keep improving and to put things right when something doesn’t go to plan.
We truly value your support, and we’ll keep doing our best to earn it. Hats off right back at you!

Excellent service from AMS
Excellent service from AMS. I ordered the wrong mat for my son for Christmas and the customer service team were really helpful and sent the replacement out promptly.
My son loves the planes from here and although there are other companies, AMS seem better value for money, more choice and they often have good offers on when you spend over a certain amount.
