Aircraft Model Store Reviews

I've found this store easy to deal with, friendly & accommodating. They have a vast range of models and I've made many purchases in recent years, with which I have been very satisfied. Ordering online is easy, their dispatch of well packaged item/s is very timely. With the experience I've had, I can recommend.

First time order! One of my brother in laws hobbies and he absolutely loved his birthday present, he was so happy with it. So pleased with the quality. Very quick delivery. Fully recommended company. Will definitely order again!

Fantastic service from start to finish and could not be more helpful when there is an issue to be resolved - great company and even better customer service

Good quality aircraft models. I just wish staff would check the product before dispatching. A few models ordered were received with some wheels that had fall off or insecure.

This Model shop is very helpful indeed very good consumer service

Over last couple of years I have spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds on planes for my son
In January I ordered 4 planes for him, I order in advance as im a single parent and today on my sons birthday he has opened a plane and it is broken. They wont replace as I bought too long ago even though arrived damaged

I have s list of other planes to order but I will now have to find another company and I suggest others do too its disgusting.

I can only highly recommend AMS. They are very helpful, quick answering emails back. I got now twice an extra aircraft model as I was waiting for my order long. But I dont mind waiting, I know my order is safe. Excellent service

Just bought the SQ Wings 1.200 Cathay Pacific B-LJE 747-867F 80yrs Retro livery from AMS and their customer service team could not of been more helpful with every question and request I asked for. These guys are tops without doubt and I will be buying from them again very soon. Keep up the good work AMS.

The customer service is flawless, because Via A’s answers are impeccable. I had some questions about my order and she answered them all perfectly. I truly appreciate her daily assistance with my order.

Fantastic customer service. Jeffrey and Miles tended to my issue and they were quick to respond and help me out. Although it was a trickier one, they still managed to sort everything and get it all shipped out in time. Couldn’t be happier.

Models looks fantastic and I cannot wait to shop here again.

Would strongly recommend for anyone who’s interested in aviation.

Amazing value for money. So cheap just for the typo on the stand. Plane is large, amazing quality and OK so pleased with it.

Great models very decent pricing and they come shipped in a very secure package to keep them from being damaged

Big fan of aircraft model store, very accommodating to a request to split the order and send what was available now early (for a birthday).

They were extremely quick to respond, super friendly and went out of the way to help me. I’d also say they’re some of the best prices around for diecast model planes.

Great variety of models, prompt delivery and rewards scheme for loyal customers. My son loves the site and his growing model airport.

Order processed quickly and arrived to Cairo , Egypt fast
One minor issue, there was a damage at one of the elevators of the airbus beluga, I did fix, not sure was it from your side or the customs here
Butt all the other models are perfect
Thank you very much

I've used thius company several times and have always had a great experience with products and quick delivery. On the last order I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product but the company made it easy to exchange it and their customer service was exemplary

Happy with my models and fast tracked royal mail. No problems.

Had to wait nearly a month to receive product no comuniction from yourself so only giving 3 stars
