AirModels Reviews

Great shipping over to Australia, model was better than I had expected and amazed on how good it looks. Fantastic and definetly recommend!

I didn't receive my Blackbird on time when I first ordered. Frustrated, I wrote a mail to the company's customer support team and they responded quickly, dissecting my issue to the last bit. It was tricky at first but they handled the problem professionally.

Turns out that the issue wasn't with their delivery but the customs at the airport. Now I have my bird sitting on my desk and it looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend for international deliveries.

First it went wrong. No communication. It took too long.

After this massage I have been called by the company. They said they had technical difficulties with software. They didn’t recieved the money. Right now waiting for the package. At later time I will change the rating.

I have received the products. There are nice 👍

Fantastic products and amazing service, will definitely recommend and I’m sure if my dad gets his way we will be ordering more planes soon

Well done AIRMODELS, and thank you.

Placed several orders for XL aircraft and they are really good quality aircraft with fantastic attention to detail . great service and after care also with deliveries always arriving promptly.

My son purchased an XL Aircraft with his Christmas money and couldn’t be more pleased. The quality is very good and well made. The service from them is first class and cannot be faulted. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Custom duties had to be paid upon arrival. Only by cash or check! This was never written ever in the order form or the invoice.

Bought two 1-100 airline models recently - first time i had used them -Models are top quality and great value for money -above all first class service from them -highly recommended -Gary Reavely -Edinburgh

The models are fantastic in every detail and even the landing gear looks brilliant. If you are thinking about purchasing any aircraft then I would definitely recommend the quality and looks. Delivery is also very quick. My models have been the XL aircraft so the smaller models may not have as many extras

My grandson's gonna love that Concord because it's British Airways and he loves planes I think he wants to be a pilot when he grows up he's names all the planes when they come over the sky he looks up and he can name the plane where it is and I always tell him about Concord when it come over London he would have loved it anyway thank you
