Every time I have been in contact with them, they have solved the issue I was having with my server. Even though it was 3rd party plugins having issues. Shoutout to Calum :D

I was assisted by Calum who was great, as is my usual experience with Akliz servers! Sure, I could spend less elsewhere, but the customer service is absolutely top notch with these guys. My servers never have any real issue, and when it does it is usually user error. The help I get in chat is outstanding.

I went to customer support regarding some issues i was having. Calum was insanely patient, worked with me for multiple hours on end to help resolve my problems. Awesome hosting site, great staff that was very patient and understanding, and walked me through all the steps very clearly.

The customer service with a online server host is unmatched. The prices may be a little bit more expensive but your paying a premium for some of the best support you can buy. Completely blows me away each time.

Having tried 3-4 different server hosting services before I can say without a doubt that Akliz is the very best. Not only do they have affordable packages but their Command Center is really intuitive and easy to master. When it comes to performance of the servers, they are on a whole other level. Super fast, as stable as it gets, easy to configure scheduled commands and tasks too. And the cherry on top is their professional and friendly chat assistance. I got replies to my questions under 2min each time, they're simply the best
