Good hosting website, staff really helpful especially this guy called Houston been very friendly and helpful, replied fast with prompt answers and solutions to my problem! Would recommend this hosting website for everyone! 11/10

After spending literal hours trying to solve the issue on my own, I finally got in contact with the support team. They were able to address the issue and get us up and running within a few minutes. Support team is not only very helpful, but nice, well spoken, and easy to deal with. Overall, I'm very happy with the customer service experience I had today. I highly recommend choosing Akliz as your next server hosting company!

Akliz was my first server hosting people for minecraft. They have done a fantastic job on their website and console screens to make everything easy to read and understand. Even though I myself have never used their support tab, I know they respond quite quickly from some others that have hosted from them before. I enjoyed every single minute of it and made some great memories on my minecraft servers that I only hosted for a friend and myself. I will return to akliz, all in due time, but for now I had to shut the servers off, and keep it as a saved bookmark in my browser. Thank you again Akliz! You are always going to be one of my favorite server hosting platforms! The date of experience is a lie, I have used Akliz for roughly 6 months or longer I believe?

I was having some major troubles with the rust server I was hosting, the support member Houston stayed on the chat for 2 hours helping me out. not only was he super helpful he joked around with me when all we were waiting for was the server to start up. absolute amazing support staff and i could not be happier with the money spent.

Super Inexpensive and one of the most reliant out there! it might look a little more complicated than some others but its super easy once you understand some things! Real time responses from real people are better here than anywhere else even if you do need help, super friendly here! my moms been using Akliz for years and I think I'll do the same!

Awesome service and support! I honestly can't say how much they've helped me, and the reply times are so quick! 2 Minutes or less for most replies! Calum is one of the staff who is the quickest to respond, always helps me out with any minecraft-based question!

they didn't have the modpack I wanted but they support team helped me and put the modpack in there systems. the best support team you can find.

I don't write reviews much but all I can say is that Akliz has great servers and a great customer service team. They've helped me so much throughout the years I've been with them. They respond to you quickly whenever you need help with something and work with you until the end. 5/5 stars

I had an issue with one of my servers that Calum, my Akliz support for several hours throughout the day, hadnt seen before. Several seemingly disconnected issues occurred all at once, and Calum was easily able to find a working solution, and helped massively with the file transfers required. Calum was super easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond my expectations for any form of support.

Im no stranger to going to Akliz support for even the smallest issue, but this by far was the best experience ive had. While backups and rollbacks were taking place, we discussed issues related, and how to make it potentially easier should this one-off occurrence happen again.

Despite not knowing my playerbase in the slightest, its very apparent that Akliz cares about the players, and are more than willing to help server owners fix whatever issue may arise. Just one of the many reasons im more than happy to continue hosting with them. 10/10 experience today!

I've been using this site for approximately a year now and I've also tried plenty of server hosting sites for Minecraft/rust servers and this one is the best. The customer service is amazing. every time I've had an issue, I've had no problem reaching out to them and them getting back to me almost instantaneously. The people that help you are very patient and quick about solving issues. I also have never had a single performance issue while running on my servers for hours upon hours at a time.

They have the best customer service i have ever come across in a server provider!

Akliz customer support has single-handedly helped me through many crashes and bugs due to Minecraft mods. They are extremely knowledgeable of anything related to server management and mechanics, and they always respond right away. Rather than Googling my problem for hours, I can just ask a rep for help and they almost always know the exact problem and how to mitigate it. I cannot recommend this service enough.
