Alasdair Cunningham  Reviews

I recently completed the Deep Dive 4-Day Online Course with Alasdair, it gave me really valuable insight into the property business.
The course did require focus and commitment (it is a deep dive), but that’s also why it felt worthwhile. I came away with practical insights, a clearer understanding of the subject matter, and a lot to reflect on afterward.
If you’re considering this course and are willing to properly show up for the four days, I’d definitely recommend it. It delivers what it promises.

Alasdair's knowledge & experience are second to none in my opinion. Over an intensive but entertaining 4 night course he covered all aspects of setting up a property sourcing business. I learnt so much and will absolutely use the information provided. I would love to partner with him and his team but cost is currently an obstacle to this. My own rent comes first. I was fired from my job recently but actually I'm not hating on them even if it caused me huge difficulties, that decision of theirs was possibly the best thing that could have happened to me, I will make sure of it.

Alasdair, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience in building a property business. 4 day session was informative, detailed with all aspects of how to start and run a business. Encouraging and I will recommend it to anyone who is thinking of signing up. Thanks to all the Valiant Education Team

The online property Bootcamp is absolutely fantastic and is so valuable.
Alasdair goes through the process of building a system and covers everything required to have a solid base including strategy, sales, sourcing deals, packaging, using AI and so much more. His training goes above and beyond and even goes as far as showing you how to build CRM - that alone is worth so much.
Thank You so much for your time Alasdair, Adam, Mason and team.

Alasdair was brilliant. I got some much information about property investing. Thank you

I found this training with Alasdair amazing. His no nonsense down to earth approach was refreshing and to the point. No BS just jammed packed full of excellent, in depth content on property statedgies and how to become a property entrepeneur. Very good value.

I’ve just completed four days of intensive property training with Alasdair Cunningham, and it genuinely changed how I approach property investing.

This wasn’t about hype or unrealistic promises. What stood out most was the focus on operator mindset — urgency, accountability, cashflow control, time management, and building real systems. The emphasis wasn’t just on finding deals, but on creating the structure to scale consistently.

One of the biggest lessons for me was around urgency. Without it, even capable people stall. Alasdair makes it clear that clarity comes from action, not overthinking — and that resonated strongly. The SCALE framework (Systems, Collaborators, Acquisitions, Leverage, Execution) provided a practical blueprint for building something sustainable rather than just chasing the next opportunity.

The training was direct, grounded, and focused on real-world application. If you’re serious about building a scalable property business rather than just dabbling, this course sharpens your thinking and forces you to operate at a higher level.

Highly recommended.

I attended Alasdairs training which was 2 hours over 4 evenings. I can honestly say it's the best £47 I have ever spent!! Each evening was jam packed with priceless information. A really genuine guy.

Just finished alasdairs deepdive course into property...I've done several courses over the last 6 months and can honestly say I learned more in this four days then all of the other courses put together... if you want to learn property the right way, go with alasdair and his team

I did the property deep dive with Alasdair. It was fantastic. Full of useful actionable material. And Alasdair has crazy energy. Highly recommended !!

The deep dive experience was so honest and in depth on property. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending people to bite the bullet and go with Valiant.

I recently completed Alasdair’s 2-Day Live Bootcamp. In just two days, I gained real clarity, practical tools, and a big boost in confidence - from marketing to cash flow, areas I previously knew very little about.
The content was focused and actionable, and Alasdair’s delivery was motivating. I left feeling inspired, better equipped, and ready to take action. The best part is being able to attend future events to continue progressing on my property journey.

If you need inspiration or just no nonsense feedback do something with Alasdair en his company..always fun! Happy we had online entrepeneurs bootcamp! I did for the third time and still learning every time! thanks a billion! cusoon!

Just finished the entrepreneur boot camp weekend and wow, such an eye-opener. So much valuable information I’m excited to start implementing in my business. And an amazing group of people, all driven to grow and succeed in property.

The online property Bootcamp is packed full of value beyond what you'd expect to get. Alasdair goes through the process of building a system and covers everything required to have a solid base. His training goes above what you can get out there and even goes as far as showing you how to build CRM - that alone is worth so much. Thank You Alasdair and Adam!

Participating in Alasdair's Deep Dive course for three days was an amazing experience. His boundless energy left us exhausted, but in a good way! We've eagerly joined his Property Launchpad, excited to transform our dreams into reality. After a quick glimpse at the course material, it seems packed with value. Looks like coffee will be our new best friend! Best, Karen & Charles Truby

The content was clear and well structured. The course was up to date, relevant about current market. I finished the course and feeling well informed.

I have enjoyed the 4-day training with Alasdair, and I definitely look forward to getting into more training in the near future

Just completed the 4 Day Property Deep Dive with Alasdair and his team.

Initially, I was sceptical. There’s so much of this type of content out there clawing for attention, but it stood out and for £27, it was worth the punt.

Alasdair radiates enthusiasm and energy, and is super generous with valuable information, tips and tricks, and his time!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience on this course - so much so, my wife and I have enrolled onto the advanced education.

If you’re curious about getting into property - save your self a load of time and head straight to Valiant / Alasdair.
