I was surprised to see such a low rating. I love my local Albertsons here in Yuma, AZ. They have the best produce in town, even better than our well known Health Food store. They're the only store that carries the Fat Boy specialty flavored ice creams that my husband & I enjoy. The prices are a little higher, but their quality is unmatched by their competitors! Their stores are always clean & well stocked, their employees are are always friendly & helpful, the online member deals are great, they have a beautiful array of flowers & plants in their floral department & they're reasonably priced compared to florist's shops & their store delivery is easy to use & free with Fresh Pass. No need to use Instant Cart. I could go on & on. Suffice it to say that Albertsons is my favorite grocery store!

Albertsons at 10250 W. Charleston has an exceptionally friendly cashier named Livia. Livia has told me about the military discounts, and has always been professional. Livia should be recognized for her outstanding customer service.

I love Albertsons. The staff is always helpful. The store is clean and product fresh. The isles are never blocked by stockers. Keep it up Albertsons you know how to do it, if I could only get you to put my groceries away at home we lol.

I got gaybashed recently in Pueblo Colorado during self checkout and the attending cashier, a rotund idiot, just laughed her ass off. Deli talked some kind of weird shit at me as I shopped. And the manager Melissa, when I had a conversation with her kept using homophobic microaggressions to groom me for exploitation. She’ll pinkwash the situation if asked. The manager was probably a radical leftist, so she probably considered me, a right leaning independent to be an ideological enemy and they really promote people stalking me and abusing me in community. Leftists like the manager, even seem to enjoy and fetishize trying to groom me for the white power movement, which I am not joining and hence the Neo Nazi stalking me mentioned earlier. The contact form on their website was probably deliberately dysfunctional and that’s really insulting to the consumer. And there was no email option either. You should never do business with a company that tries to prevent communication with the customer. In the past, I’ve had their chronically disrespectful employees threaten to contaminate the food with bodily fluids as well. I was just trying to get some hotdogs. They’ll lie in their response.

Customer service has been consistently disappointing.The staff is very unhelpful and iteams out of stock .

The worst store! I went to the one on Craig and Tenaya in Las Vegas and had a horrible service ! At the butcher counter the woman has snappy , with horrible attitude ! I asked her nicely how many lb I can get and she snapped at me to read the flyer! I didn’t have my glasses and I didn’t see the small print on a side paper size note ! I was thanking her and I was nice and polite but still didn’t matter !!! This store has similar people working there , is not the first time at that store and frankly this kind of behavior needs to be addressed! Some managers are hiring similar people, looks like they are bitter and mean ! It was ugly and for no reason ..this person doesn’t belong in customer service jobs ,and just to buy an expensive smelly tilapia ! That’s another issue, I got home and that fish was smelling in the bag so badly that my $13 went in the garbage , I was scared of getting sick ,I’m not sure what she gave me ! After all I spend almost $200 in the store and I had bad products ! Dissatisfied customers, and hard to express what experience I’ve ! For sure I’m done with that store and I’ll make sure people know !

I briefly worked there in Gig Harbor and wasn't comfortable with Courtesy work. When in reality, I wanted to work as a cashier. The store manager Suzi is rude Courtesy clerk Thomas is rude. Not only that, the stores assist director Chelsea is disrespectful and told me to leave over a simple position arrangement and the main director Sheldon is rude! They all should ashame of themselves and tool advantage of my emotions when I needed help and sympathy. As a black woman, what they did to me was selfish and racist.

I thought this would be a good thing for me. Because I'm legally blind. I do not drive and I'm elderly, but as it turns out it's not going to be because the people they hire to deliver do not speak english so, therefore, if they can't find your place, you're just kind of Sol the produce. I have gotten lately as been from the bottom of the barrel. Very sad.
They can't read and follow instructions. Because I have it marked to give the order to me. They do not seem to understand what that means. So therefore, they just leave it at the door and I have to pay super close attention as to when it comes if I have frozen or fresh stuff. Is not setting out in the heater the cold. It's very, very sad that nobody wants to do a good job anymore.

Worst website ever! What has happened to this company?

My favorite food store in the whole entire world. They have the best products and everything is always on stock.

This store is the absolute WORST at deliveries. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT, unresponsive and unapologetic when they screw up an order and they screw up orders CONSTANTLY. Drive Up & Go manager needs to be replaced. Cancelling my Fresh Pass subscription after 5 orders that were incomplete, not delivered and cancelled without notice. HORRIBLE.

Paid $70 for about 30 rolls of paper towels and only recieved one.

The staff is wonderful! However, the computer misses a lot of the specials. I have to check the receipt and then get in line at customer service for a refund. I didn't know the cyber deal had to be purchased online. I am going to start shopping at the spence in Morro Bay

For some reason my pharmacy link on the Albertson's app was not working. It would not let me sign in. I could not see my prescriptions. I called customer service for some help, I used the number listed in the app. I reached some one in India. It took a lot of repeating myself before she started to understand my issue. She kept telling me to call the pharmacy and I kept telling her that they can't help you with the app, of course. Then I starting hearing loud music and I could not hear her well. She is doing customer service from her home, as is often the case. I asked her if she could please transfer me to someone in the US and she said she could not. Very disappointed with Albertsons/Safeway! Give these jobs to people in the US please!

I ordered curbside pick up for snow crabs at the Lakewood CA store. The guy brought them out and they were dripping like crazy and once I loaded them in my bag...foul smell. I took a peak and a few had black spots. Once I got home to inspect the 8lbs. They were covered in a while film and black spots. They were not fresh at all. And were not kept frozen by the store

App did not work on checkout. The cashier had no idea how to work it. Sent me over to someone who helped me. Went back and cashier having problems with someone else on the app. She ended up obnoxious and blamed me. Albertsons App sucks. Cashier had no idea how to sort out Shopping at Aldis from now on

Buyer Beware, we have shopped at Albertson's for several years and time and again we have caught them cheating on pricing in many different ways. The last straw came this week when they had an item "On Sale" with a price of $13.94. It was crowded and there was not time to check the receipt as we usually do but did look when we got home. They over charged us, never a surprise with them, so we called. The manager said that there were two items with the same description from the same supplier, same weight in the freezer but had different prices. If it was the first or the tenth time similar bait and switch products and pricing had come up we might say OK but it happens much too often. It is not the Cashiers who do the cheating it is the Management. Prices are often not updated to what is on the shelf, or labeled in an ambiguous way at a different price in the system, they often raise prices by 30 or 40% just before their 2 for 1 sales, which seems dishonest, overall they are not to be trusted. Check your receipt before you leave, you will see how often, there is a mistake, always in their favor.

Very expensive place because the New York capital management company owns them there crooks and smart and final is way better example apple pie at Albertsons 9.95. Smart and final 6.99 and it’s better Albertsons is a money pit use to be good when Joe Albertson owned it now it’s highway robbery
