I work for a workforce provider and my experience with Jordon and James is always amazing. They both get back to me in a timely manner making everything so easy. No matter my question they will always assist with an answer or solution! Keep being legends and making my time with Alffie seamless. Top marks for the staff and service. I would recommend Alffie to others.

The staff have been extremely helpful when I have rang needing advice on my course work for aged care and disability. I especially can't thank Jenny enough for all her help through this, she has been there to pick me up so to speak at a low point when I doubted myself in being able to continue in this course and for making the role plays fun and seemingly easy. Jenny and Chelsea both actually care how you are and ask if you're ok if they think something is wrong which is lovely and makes me feel excepted and important ...the world needs more people like them and I only hope I end up working with lovely people like them

Patient teachers, easy to follow. Simple user interface..Chelsea was fantastic with great advice.

I have been helped without long delays by Ishwor. I've been very fortunate to have him there to help me through strenuous times. I lack in confidence to call Alffie sometimes and its so nice that Ishwor will call me to make sure I'm ok. He gives me confidence in my course and at work knowing I'm going to get through it with his help.

I liked that reema didn’t rush me when typing out my answers and that when I found it a little difficult to understand her she didn’t get frustrated and repeated what she said

When I recieved a call back regarding difficulties I had with my assessment Colin was very helpful and had a cheery attitude which helped put me at ease about some personal issues I've been experiencing that were impacting my performance in my coursework. Would definitely enrol for more courses with Alffie.

Jordon and James are legends.
I use provider portal and whenever I needed help they sorted it out in like minutes.
I love how they are quick to resolve issues.

As a provider who works closely with Alffie, I cannot fault their services and support. James and Jordon are always prompt with their responses and go above and beyond to assist and resolve any query I have. Fantastic team.

I would not recommend Alffie. As someone who has completed a double major degree and a Certificate 3 at TAFE, I found the quality of Alffie significantly below even low expectations.
Submitted work was not properly reviewed, as incomplete or irrelevant uploads were still marked as complete. Clearly humans weren't marking, I know - because I tested it.
There is no integrity in Alffie.
The course content rarely aligned with the qualification itself. I did a Cert 3 Individual Support, many tasks were completely unrelated to the responsibilities within the role, i.e.- having to create and hand in numerous care plans, when this is not in the scope of work for a Cert 3, and is a breach of Duty of Care to attempt as a Support Worker within the industry. Unrelated course content was the most consistent part of Alffie. The nonstop ridiculous role plays taught nothing. And expecting me to use recording devices within my workplace (in a residential village) is an obvious breach of privacy which Alffie disregarded. So, I had to do a separate course to get the Manual Handling certificate, as Alffie's expectations to complete that part of their course would have had me fired from my placement.
Nobody in Alffie seemed to understand their own course content or procedures, the whole experience was utterly confusing and unsupportive.
My experience with SkilTrak was just as disappointing; they had me resign from a perfectly good Support Work position because they said it wouldn't count as Placement. I reluctantly accepted their placement, only to find out they had not found me placement at all. They were inactive in helping me find placement. I attempted to do it independently but needed the names of the approved SkilTrak placement providers, however they would not tell me the placement providers, so I was left at their mercy for placement. I emailed and phoned them at least three times a week - desperate for placement and financially in a very bad way as I quit a good job to be available for placement. SIX weeks, and still no placement. I pulled a Karen and they finally told me their placement providers, they told me 12 businesses. I rung them all, only three offered placements, and two of those had no space available. SkillTrak lied.
Alffie and SkilTrak are great together; utterly unprofessional.
I did a Certificate 3 in Education Support with TAFE five years back, it was straightforward, supportive and relative. Go to TAFE. I don't care if it costs more than Alffie, I promise you - you will regret saving the dollars and using Alffie. Just don't do it.

I am a Provider Mentor who has several Participant's enrolled in Alffie courses. I have dealt with Alffie staff in person and also Jordan via the provider support email and have always found the staff to be friendly and personable. Jordan in particular is amazingly efficient and informative with all course and student enquiries, usually responding within minutes.

Kymberley has supported me through the course when needed and is always understanding when asked a question or asked for more assistance

Absolutely amazing the team at alffie are so helpful and really polite they assisted me so well during my course to make sure I was able to understand and complete my cert 3 in business. Eleanor was my teacher she needs a payrise she was wonderful 10/10 recommend alffie to anyone.
