Both the survey being carried out and the report being issued were done extremely promptly which was really helpful to me as I had a tight timescale to work to. However there was no indication from the report that anything had been rushed - the report was clear and detailed. I had a few questions about the report and these were also answered extremely well.

I chose Allcott Associates to arrange a Level 3 survey on an older property. The reviews I read stated I would receive a survey which was easy to understand with indications of any maintenance needed and further recommendations. The reviews were spot on. MR Paul Cunniff provided me with an in-depth survey - he covered all the questions I had sent beforehand and the survey was indeed easy to understand and very helpful, detailing recommendations of issues to complete in the immediate term and useful advice on how to maintain the property going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Allcott to anyone looking for an honest, easy to understand survey.

Allcott Associates were great in every respect. Communication via email and phone was excellent. They answered my queries instantly. They organised the survey in a timely way. Arrived ontime,explained everything clearly, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My plan arrived via email in the timeframe set, all in all a great service

Survey was detailed, one small area of confusion, quickly resolved with phone call. Message was left, call back was with a couple of hours. Can't fault service, will use them again should the need arise. Frustrating to have to wait for the survey to be written up, fully understand why it takes a while having read through it. Picked up all I had noticed and a number of areas I hadn't. Very thorough.

Allcott were great surveyors. We contacted a few surveyors initially, but many of them didn't even bother to reply. Allcott were very prompt in their communication, and also organised a survey very quickly. We are first-time buyers with a lot to learn, but on the whole we found the report easy to understand and useful, and again they were very quick. We would definitely recommend Allcott!
