Very thorough

I just had a level 3 surveying report from Alcott and it was nice detailed and with full of good information

Reasonably priced and really efficient. Survey was really detailed for a level 2. So happy already recommended them to my daughter to use for her house purchase! Highly recommend this company .

We booked David to visit our property to prepare a specific survey as we had been informed we had a potential problem on our 8 year new build.

David arrived promptly, took some history from us about the house and started to look around. He quickly identified the problem and took photos of the issue.

The following day our report arrived in my inbox. It was specific, thorough and detailed and fully highlighted the issue.

I sent the survey on to my insurance company who accepted its findings and agreed to pay my claim.

We were very pleased with David, and his team in their speedy service and professional manner and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Disgusting service. Absolutely inept survey completed and disregarded at all steps when trying to raise issues. Do not touch.

Helpful and efficient from start to finish

We have used Allcott Associates to carry out level 3 surveys twice in recent months and on both occasions received excellent service from Pete Mallinson. The reports received were comprehensive and written in clear no nonsense language.
I have contacted Pete post report on several occasions to discuss the findings in more detail and ask for additional advice and further information and received very prompt responses each time. The reports were both received very quickly and exceeded their service promise. Would use again!

Helpful from day one. Report was easy to understand and comprehensive

Allcott did a full structural survey on a 1930's property I recently purchased. The survey was completed within 4 weeks of my getting in contact with them and I received a comprehensive 100 report and the opportunity to speak to my surveyor following the report. I feel I have a thorough (sometimes too thorough) list of To do's' to the property. I read with a slight pinch of salt but feel I have purchased with my eyes wide open. Always worth remembering electrics, gas, plumbing and drainage are not a surveyors area of expertise and you may want separate professionals to check these.

The price was acceptable, the timing was acceptable, and the survey, when done, was detailed and comprehensive within the limits naturally imposed on any surveyor by the need to avoid the risk of becoming responsible for the impossible to predict. The surveyor was friendly and helpful and gave me confidence that he knew his business.

I was cautious about paying for a level 3 as a lot of online forums share experiences of surveys that provided little information or were couched in such careful language it was hard to discern what the real problems were, but I'm so glad I did with Allcott's. Absolutely worth the money. Really comprehensive report, sensibly laid out and clear to understand. Very professional company. Thank you!
