Allweathers Reviews

My 1st time dealing with this company and certainly won’t be the last
I ordered a north face jacket which was considerably cheaper than on other websites
Ordered on the Sunday and was delivered by Tuesday
High quality jacket and service

Given the current situation, what a pleasant surprise it was dealing with this company, who admittedly, I’d never heard of previously.
Ordered a NorthFace jacket on 3rd Jan on their simple to use site. Not long after, I received an email to say my purchase had been dispatched already. Like many things this time of year, I expected a delay in delivery but received my jacket today.
I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone purchase from Allweathers.

Ordered a Barbour jacket, it was delivered quickly. Gorgeous jacket but unfortunately I had to return it, it was easy and I got my refund really quickly. Excellent service, thank you.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff over the phone. Ordered size 6 Joules wellies on the Wednesday and they arrived next day. Couldn’t ask for better service, will definitely deal with Allweathers again in the future.

Excellent service, ordered myself a Barbour jacket and was so pleased with the service and the price, I ordered one for my husband too.
Placed the order lunchtime, and it arrived by 9am the next morning - free delivery too. Would recommend.

I don't often bother writing Trustpilot reviews when I shop online but I was so impressed with the service from this company that I couldn't not!

I googled the company on Trustpilot as the price of the Barbour jacket that I ordered was so good, I wondered if it might be too good to be true. The reviews were all extremely positive and I can confirm that they are justified. I ordered the jacket at 2pm on Monday (30% cheaper than Barbour direct) and it was dispatched the same day, sent (for free) by next day delivery with Parcelforce. Arrived within 24hrs, by midday.

No concerns about the quality of the product (for those wondering, despite the great prices, checking the Barbour website confirms that they are an authorised retailer - who I'll definitely use again!)

Thank you Allweathers!

Excellent service. Ordered a Barbour item late Friday night over the internet. Had a text on the Monday to say it had been dispatched and received it on the Tuesday.

Really pleased with the service.

Brilliant company! Great product, fast delivery, no quibble refunds (paid quickly) if goods sent back in original condition. Really good customer service, helpful and polite. Can't recommend highly enough.

Could not fault the experience and customer service with All Weathers. I don't usually buy expensive things online for this reason but the whole process has been so easy and well handled. Email and telephone calls have been answered promptly and issues resolved with minimum fuss. Highly recommend purchasing with them.

A Barbour jacket was purchased. Unfortunately there was a fault. The company was fantastic in sorting the problem. Fast and efficient service. A big thank you to Jon. Will definitely be recommending this company.

Very happy with my purchase and delivery.

Only disappointment was that is was a surprise present and there was no option to mark as gift at checkout. So the recipient got the receipt in the parcel.

Would use again. Order; 100063299

I ordered by telephone and spoke to Simon, he was very helpful and professional. Quick delivery, but unfortunately I had to send the item back for a different size - my correct size arrived the next day, with no extra charge. If only all companies were this prompt, courteous and polite! Cannot recommend this company enough. Very impressive

I bought an item one day and it arrived less than twenty four hours later! Amazing service from this company! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Well done to all the staff and THANK YOU.

Absolutely fantastic service and assistance. I had a problem completing an order on line, no problem, one phone call and the goods arrived less than 24hours later.
Very helpful and advisory with products
Thank you very much , so appreciated

Placed an order last thing on Friday, but realised Sunday afternoon that i should have ordered a larger jacket due to the fit. Called Allweathers 3 minutes before the phone line was due to close and was helped by Mark who promised to check my order and call back. He did approx 15 minutes later having searched through all the orders and assured me that he had replaced by order with a larger size. First thing Tuesday my order arrived. I am so impressed that this sort of company and customer service exists, and with a discounted designer jacket. Would definitely look to buy with them again. Thanks again to Mark.

Ordered a coat late Thursday afternoon, arrived before 9am next day. You can't beat that for service, and even better, it was the best price I found.

Ordered a Barbour jacket a few days ago, was expecting a great product but the total opposite, arms oversized, especially for a small Barbour jacket. Never again. Sent out for a refund. Won't be coming back.

I called the shop late yesterday afternoon to ask if the Barbour Border jackets they had in stock had the made in England label as a lot of them are made overseas now. The gentleman I spoke to very kindly went to the stock room and looked through the labels while I waited on the phone. He put the size I wanted to one side for me and I made the order online at a price a lot less than most other shops. The parcel was dispatched an hour later with a Parcelforce tracking number sent to my phone. The parcel arrived this morning and I'm very pleased indeed! Allweathers staff provide excellent service. I've purchased from them before and will certainly do again in future.

Brilliant service and very helpful. Not only that but they also offer great prices on premium brands. Would strongly recommend shopping here. It’s a 👍 from me
