I was in the market for a pair of hunting boots and found Philipmorrisdirect great site great products, as I was looking for Harkila boots and found these Harkila Pro Hunter Light, read product details and ordered them in size 10 got very fast delivery to pick up point had a test walk in them this morning and am over the moon with these comfortable warm and very well made boots thank you so much you are the Muttz Nuttz [ Compliment ] I will be using your site again in the future.

I purchased a Barbour jacket from Philipmorrisdirect and although the jacket was too small for me, and I had to send it back; I'd rate the shopping experience highly because the website was easy to use, they were fairly quick to respond to my emails and I wasn't waiting for a long time to receive a refund. So if they were to stock a jacket in my size in the future, I will most likely use the website again with confidence.

2xBelfast sink stainless-steel matts/protectors: Very good quality Belfast sink matts. Needed in a hurry so a tad disappointed not to receive a restock email - luckily daughter kept checking website [might be worth looking at your system maybe?]. Easy ordering and fast delivery; though parcel wrap/security could be improved. That said no hesitation recommending or buying from again :-)

It was no trouble to order the walking boots. Everything went smoothly have no complaints whatsoever. Happy with the product. The delivery was quick quicker than what I expected. The walking boots are very comfortable.

The Tilley hat I ordered turned out to be the wrong size and the style did not suit me (there are many to choose from). Customer Service were prompt and helpful in organising a replacement that is perfect in both respects.

Always had good dealings with PhilipMorrisdirect. A well-curated range of good quality products, and orders efficiently and accurately despatched. Only on one occasion have I had to use their return service and no problems with that either.

I've used Philip Morris a couple of times recently and have been impressed with their levels of customer service. The only negative I could add if I was being really picky is the cost of shipping which for something like a shirt purchase is a bit steep but it won't deter me from dealing with them again but I will have to factor it in to the overall purchase price.

Initially was happy with the service but upon checking my Loake footwear I was very disappointed with the quality (Made abroad not in England). No where near as good as my 10 years old Loake shoes which despite the ago are better. I complained to Loake who directed me to Morris and Son. So I forwarded the complaint to them. Had an initial response but nothing since. Very poor you have lost a customer. Two lessons- avoid P Morris and Son and avoid Loake shoes which are not made in England.

Unfortunately my item was damaged when I received it. Looked as if it had been damaged in transit. However the way Philipmorris dealt with my issue was a true 'surprise the customer'. My issue was resolved on the same day, their efficiency, politeness and professionalism was second to none. Would definitely shop with them again.
