AlphaOmega Glasses Repair Reviews

Alphaomega. Have repaired frames that Specsavers deem as unrepairable. I sent a pair of Glasses to them on Saturday and had them back on Tuesday. Even returned the old nose pads they replaced, Which I never expected them to. Simply an amazing service for £30.00.

Thanks.

Amazing clear service, quick repair and delivery. Absolutely outstanding, I’m very pleased!!!

I sent off my glasses on Wednesday morning and received them back fully repaired on the Sunday. What a service superb turn round and seamless repair, they look like new. Service like this does not exist in the country anymore, outstanding company Thanks so much

I don’t normally put reviews on here but after the service I got from Alpha Omega I thought I should.
I sent a pair of titanium framed glasses away to be welded as the frame had broken on the nose bridge. I know titanium is difficult to weld so I was slightly apprehensive how good the repair would be.
I posted the glasses at 1:00pm on Tuesday and 23 hours later they were back with me in good as new condition. Couldn’t even see the weld.
Unbelievable service!

Extremely fast turnaround and an excellent repair job, the glasses were returned like new.
They were expensive varifocals with a broken bridge, it literally saved me hundreds of pounds, I am so impressed with AlphaOmega and very reasonably priced service.

Excellent repair. Not cheap but less than a new pair. Quick service and good communication.

Fantastic Service!!
I sent my glasses to them for a repair.
I posted them on Monday and they were back on Wednesday.
Perfectly repaired.
Great Company, I highly recommend them.

OMG, sent my Ray Ban glasses to AlphaOmega Glasses Repair, after putting them in the washing machine. One of the lenses was out, thought the frames weren't bad. Just received the repaired item back today, what an amazing job they have done. I must admit I was very sceptical about some of the reviews I had read, but thought I have nothing to lose, I would give them a go. Honestly anybody who has broken glasses or sunglasses, PLEASE use this company. I have basically received a brand new pair of Ray ban sunglasses back. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to say that I was thrilled with the repair. I'd sat on and completely snapped my favourite glasses. Looked online, booked the repair option, posted glasses, got an acknowledgement next working day, and then they were in the post back to me. Really impressed with the quality (am typing this wearing them) and the speed of service. Thanks very much.

Just had my third pair of glasses repaired by this excellent company. Brilliant service yet again - swift, straightforward and reasonably priced. Great job and much appreciated

Repaired my Badly Damaged Gucci Sunglasses ,also had a missing lens .Truly Outstanding Service .Super Fast Delivery. Thanks Very Much Kay

I foolishly dropped my RayBans and shattered the lens! Thankfully this company repaired them in just a few weeks - very impressed with their service and the lady that answered the phone when I rang to enquire if it was possible. Well recommended!

This company is excellent. Great communications, fast service and brilliant outcome - all at very fair value. I will recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.
Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service from Alpha Omega Frame Repairs. I sent my frames off late on Friday and had them back with me by Tuesday – incredibly fast turnaround! The repair itself is flawless – you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. The whole process was super easy to organise, smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended

Super quick response and reasonable quote to fix my Raybans, I couldn’t pay online due to a postcode issue but phoned and the lady was very helpful. Sent on Thursday, received back on Saturday and they are like new.

I had a pair of expensive Oakley sunglasses where the bridge had become very loose and un-wearable. This guys carried out a perfect service. The advice was quick and informative, the payment facility was straightforward, the workmanship was perfect and the return of my glasses was quick. I cannot recommend AlphaOmega repairs high enough. These are definitely the go to repair company.

My Vivienne Westwood sunglasses are like new. The leg had snapped right off and you would never know they were ever damaged. Alpha Omega received my sunglasses on a Thursday and had them repaired and back to me by Saturday. Absolutely wonderful service. Very happy with my repair. Cannot recommend more highly.

My initial online query was picked up quickly. I got a few quotes from different places and their price was reasonable. The process to submit your payment was straight forward. I used 1st class delivery to send my sunglasses off. AlphaOmega confirmed receipt the very next day, fixed my glasses and sent them back on the same day! My issue has been sorted and I’m extremely happy.

Unfortunately, I ordered a new pair of specs BEFORE I researched whether a repair of my broken glasses was possible. I thought a snapped bridge on titanium specs would be irreparable. However, AlphaOmegae has done a great job - great communication and fast service. I now have a "almost as good as new" spare pair of glasses

It's really nice to be able to leave a positive review here. I didn't know it was possible to fix a severely bent arm on a pair of glasses, and I was so happy that this company could do it. My glasses were returned to me within 24 hours (I was expecting to wait at least three days) - really excellent service.
