I placed an order with Sunglass Hut on 23/04/2026 for three pairs of sunglasses: two Prada models and one Ray‑Ban. Only the two Prada items arrived. The Ray‑Ban pair was never delivered, and I was never given a tracking number for it.  

What made the situation worse was the repeated misinformation from customer service. I was told to go in‑store to resolve the issue, only for the store to tell me they couldn’t help at all. This resulted in wasted time, unnecessary travel, and even more confusion.

After raising a complaint, Sunglass Hut offered a “30% promo code” as a goodwill gesture — but the code cannot be used on Prada products at all, and they openly admitted that it is unusable for my situation. Offering a gesture that doesn’t apply to the items involved is not a resolution.

Despite acknowledging the inconvenience and the fact that the code is useless, they refused to offer anything meaningful or appropriate. The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standard expected from a premium retailer.

I will not be ordering from Sunglass Hut again based on this experience.

Item fitted as expected. Purchased silver. They were marked as silver but were gold coloured. Didn’t matter as fitted underneath. Positive three provided albeit two purchased.

i recently gsve this company a 1 star review simple because the profuct had not been delivered (parcal lost by royal
mail).The company new nothing of this and once they found out they replaced items straight away no hassle dealing with company was good snd products recived were of execellent qaulity my first review was hasty and on insight should ve contacted company 5 stars from me

Lenses are fantastic quality. Took a little longer to arrive than initially expected but support was excellent.

Great service, all clearly written the process. Lenses arrived and easy to follow video was great help to change them.
Recommended 2 friends to your services already. Only thing I would add would be nice to have a cleansing wipe to finish the glasses off once’s new lenses are back in.

I was really gutted I had badly scratched my fairly new raybans, I found sunglasses uk on the internet and ordered new lenses, they were great with communication ( I was delayed in sending my frames in) and they came back very quickly and are brand new again, very easy, efficient and helpful, many thanks, Klara Robson

I come across Sunglasses UK and thought I’d give them a try for a new set of lenses for my Rayban Polarized sunglasses,I was informed they were still waiting on them to be shipped from Rayban and asked me to send them into them and they would fit the lenses for free and return to me free,what a great service, Big thank you to Ben

Goods not received by Royal Mail, but a no quibble return has been processed

After accidentally sending a slightly different item, my message was responded to straightaway, and the correct item was immediately resent at no further cost to me.
The item was a perfect fit.
You can’t say fairer than that!
