Fantastic service
Fantastic service provided by Alphapack. Thank you for keeping us posted with everything related to our travel especially during this time were COVID rules differ from country to counter on a daily basis; thank you. Although we made diet requests rather late, Alphapack did their utmost best to get the message across to the airline. We were served meals according to our requirements on our return leg. You are providing a great service Alphapack; keep it up.

I know your mum was traveling in very difficult circumstance, having lost her sister and in the midst of it all, your car breaking down on the way to the airport. Resulting in your mum missing her flight. She conducted herself with a lot of dignity throughout the whole ordeal and American Airlines being so accommodating by putting her on to the next flight at no extra costs, showing compassion by action. Alphapack Travel always goes the extra mile to assist all of our passengers because we value them. We look forward to be of service to you,your family and friends.

Dear Farirai, thank you for your feedback. As a travel agent, our service is to provide you with the air ticket to facilitate you to travel, which was fine because you travelled. What happens at check in desks is controlled by the respective airlines and their passenger handling agents. I would suggest you contact the respective airlines and try and find out what went wrong. What we have found is since covid hit, most airlines have changed some of their passenger and baggage handling systems which has resulted in quite a lot of passengers experiencing a lot of challenges and a lot having to abandon their trips all together. It's important that you write in to the customer complaints dept. of the respectives airlines involved so that you get to the bottom of what went wrong. We hope to keep giving you our best service in all your future travels.

Gwen went over and above her duty of care when I desperately needed an air ticket to travel to Zimbabwe.Emirates let me down a week before my flight and I became very anxious.Consequently I ended up calling Gwen everyday for some reassurance that my flight would not be cancelled again.She was always polite and considerate.I will forever use Gwen for all my future holiday bookings.
