Sollicité pour un transport conventionné domicile hôpital, une heure avant le rdv , plus de trente minutes d' attente pour me dire que personne ne viendrait alors commande d un Uber qui lui était la en moins de dix minutes ..
2 eme essai 2 jours plus tard, toujours pour un conventionné domicile hôpital, une heure avant le rdv, taxi disponible dans 10 minutes , mais après vingt minutes d' attente on me rappelle pour me dire que le taxi avait eu un incident et qu un autre taxi arriverait dans 20 minutes.. Total taxi sur place 45 minutes plus tard et arrivée à l hôpital en retard pour le rdv médical . Merci alpha taxi, je pense que ce sera le dernier appel à cette société.

A driver from Alpha stopped me from merging by driving right up behind me on the inside despite me being in front with their hand on the horn.
Then drove slowly through all the lights, stopping on the edge of the lights trapping cars in the juction despite being an empty lane in front of them.
He contiuned this behaviour through both sets of lights which resulted in multiple cars being stick in traffic, clearly Alpha employ drivers who don't care for the rules of the roads.
They were also clearly using their phone taking pictures of my car whilst driving.

A la sortie d'une opération orthopédique pour mon jeune fils qui avait eu lieu le matin même, la clinique m'a proposé vers 13h00 un taxi conventionné pour le retour à mon domicile. L'intervention chirurgicale avait eu lieu 3 heures auparavant, et mon fils était en fauteuil roulant, faute de pouvoir marcher. La clinique a déjà eu du mal à ce que la demande d'un Alpha taxi soit confirmée : il a fallu faire plusieurs fois la demande pour qu'au bout de 25 minutes, une confirmation soit enfin obtenue... Ce n'est déjà pas l'idéal quand on a un enfant qui se remet d'une anesthésie générale, et qui attend dans le hall d'une clinique, dans un fauteuil roulant... Mais ce n'est pas le pire : le taxi ne s'est pas présenté à la sortie de la clinique comme le faisaient pourtant tous les autres taxis qui venaient chercher des patients, mais un positionnement m'a été indiqué par SMS dans la rue à côté, distante de 50 m. J'ai fait signe au chauffeur, sans réaction... j'ai donc amené mon fils à l'aide du fauteuil roulant prêté par la clinique jusqu'à la voiture qui m'attendait, le chauffeur a enfin daigné sortir de sa voiture quand nous traversions la rue où il attendait passivement. J'ai dit au chauffeur que c'était vraiment difficile qu'il ne soit pas venu juste devant la clinique, ce à quoi il s'est contenté de répondre " et j'aurais fait comment s'il y avait eu des voitures derrière moi ?". Je lui ai montré les autres taxis qui s'arrêtaient devant la clinique, en lui disant que les autres le faisaient sans problème. La seule réponse que j'ai eue a été " he ben... ça commence bien...". Pas le moindre mot d'excuse, puis pas une seule aide pour monter le fauteuil roulant sur le trottoir assez haut, où le taxi s'était garé. Pas une seule aide non plus pour m'aider à installer mon fils sur la banquette arrière... Finalement, le chauffeur a cru bon me "faire la gueule" quand je lui ai dit qu'il fallait que je ramène le fauteuil roulant à la clinique, laissant seul mon jeune fils dans le taxi. Tout cela a été déplorable, et visiblement cet homme n'a rien à faire dans le transport de passagers, et encore moins pour des personnes malades... Pour couronner le tout le "reste à charge" pour moi a été proche du montant total du Uber que j'avais pris pour venir. Il est vrai que le prix total a été le double pour le retour avec ce taxi "conventionné" que le prix aller... Vraiment une compagnie de taxis à fuir, surtout si vous avez un enfant qui vient tout juste d'être opéré sous anesthésie générale, et qui ne peut pas marcher. Le chauffeur n'a à l'évidence pas sa place pour ce genre de prestations, et de façon plus générale dans toute relation humaine...

My car arrived with s young man once he saw my walking frame which was folded down to next to nothing then he told me our 6 shopping bags wouldn't fit i said I will sit in the front and my 2 daughters would sit in the back with the bags on there knees they would have put them Boot plenty if room he then proceed to throw our bags and swung my walker around at me my girls caught me and he had made his mind up as soon as he saw I was disabled I told him I needed to get home to take my morphine and he just said well walk. We have used ormskirk taxis everyday for years now mixed with alpha taxis will never use again

Absolutely dreadful driver, my wife who has cancer and our 12yr old who has autism ordered a cab for 0855 to get to a doctors appointment for 905,he sat whilst they were in taxi for over 5mins and said I'm setting the meter, when she said the address of doctors he wanted postcode to which she didn't know, so he told her to tell him directions,once there he said cash only!! She then had to go to cashpoint,he charged her £5.80 from churchill ave to fylde Road! Coming back it cost £3.80,same company,absolutely disgusting

I've used Alpha a lot recently for routine journeys from Kirkby to Huyton.
This evening the driver, who was called 'Angela', who drove a grey Renault car, but spoke with a distinctly Oriental accent, couldn't find the destination to pick me up. Yet the app said she'd arrived.
When I called her to find out where she was, she couldn't explain. She then launched into a rude and aggressive attack on me! She insulted me because she couldn't find her way to my pick up point.
I called Alpha and asked for a different driver. 3 minutes later, this Angela drew up at my pick up haranguing me for calling for another taxi.
Listen 'Angela' ..... you need to learn some basic manners and accept the rules of the job. Get yourself an A to Z of LIVERPOOL and READ IT!!

ALPHA CARS do not recruit drivers who have no knowledge of our roads and districts and cannot speak English. Keep hiring LOCAL MEN who know our roads and who treat their customers respectfully.

I use this company nearly every day and I’m not normally one to write a bad review but I’m sick to death of the abysmal service they provide.

I pre book a taxi (already paid on the app) for 1:15am when I finished work. I was stood outside the venue by 1:13. The taxi no where to be seen. When I contacted the driver he was so strange and rude and just wasn’t making sense (he sounded like he could be drunk or on a substance he could barely string a sentance together) telling me to ‘stop wasting his time’… when I checked the maps he was parked about a mile away no where near the venue.

Awful service. Book someone else, he was definitely intoxicated in some way and couldn’t even work out the address or string a sentence together.

Be careful what they promise like a company because they don't keep the promise and when you ask them about what they promise they say that they don't said that and other finks so they don't give what they say when you sign up whit them. For example I was today to sign up with them and today I find out other execuz about the one week settle free when you sign up first time with them they say that they give me my settle free first week but I pay 40 pounds next week for the first week so be careful

Taxi commandé la veille, arrivé avec 7 minutes d'avance et lorsque je le rejoins A L'HEURE convenue, je m'aperçois que le compteur indique déjà 7€30.
Le chauffeur m'explique qu'il n'y peut rien et que c'est "le système" qui déclenche le compteur...
C'est honteux.
C'est du vol qualifié.
Jamais plus je n'utiliserai les services de Alpha Taxis.

Pour un transfert aéroport Orly Gare de Lyon, rdv pris 2 mois avant, frais fixé.
Au final me demande 20 eur de plus pour sois disant une atteinte... Ne vous en faite pas surplace il y a largement assé de taxi pour ne pas réserver à ces voleurs !!!

Terrible service and when you complain their answer is “the drivers are self employed so it’s not our fault”.

Left waiting at an airport for an hour due to their gross incompetence and their attitude is disgusting.

Won’t be using them again.

The taxi was booked for 9.30pm. Didn't turn up till 9.53pm. By that time a bus turned up. Rubbish service used to be goodcwhen it was All White taxi

Arrivée du taxi avant l'heure de réservation et facturée 10€30 en plus de la course prévue (63€ pour aeroport Charles de gaule) au final 73€30... Réclamation non possible, ils couvrent leurs taxi. Je ne recommande donc vraiment plus cette entreprise...

Got a taxi home from my sisters house . I’m terminally ill , I had my grandchildren with me . This taxi driver had a strange voice talking very loudly on his phone from the moment we got in . Very unsettling! It was some kind of pod cast or person in a the drivers language. Made me feel very nervous! He then got a call half way through the journey from his brother apparently. That continued until we reached home .
All this conversation was in another language but English so it made the taxi journey unsettling and scary !
I recorded the whole thing because of this strange behavior???
The whole journey was really unsettling and I’d never use alpha again after that !!
Surely alpha has rules for drivers regarding how they act towards customers???

Booked taxi for 8th june in advance turned up and told me he had stuff to do so he couldnt take me that far. Rang and got another one. Estimated fare was between 43 and 45 pounds one way. Charged me 29.90 then charged me again the day after 74.20. Basically stolen money from me. Absolutely disgusting.

Cette entreprise ne mérite pas d'exister. Ils sont désagréables et parlent mal à leurs clients. Je recommande fortement d'aller voir d'autres taxis qui je l'espère seront plus compétents et plus avenants envers leurs clients.

We booked a taxi on Thursday 30th May for Sat 1st June 02.25 to get a coach at 02.50. The taxi finally arrived at 03.10 ! ! Obviously the coach had gone and we had to come back home and lost our £2,500 holiday. What sort of service is that ? ? ?

Une forte dégradation de la qualité de service.
Par ailleurs, je me suis fais facturer de faux frais cachés abusifs de 7€ de plus, qui représente uniquement le prix de la réservation, sans compter le prix de la course et je vous signale qu'aucune mention des frais cachés n'a été indiqué avant.
Frais cachés, est une pratique totalement malhonnête. Je déconseille très fortement. Je compte signaler ces pratiques malhonnêtes sur les réseaux sociaux et associations de consommateurs.

J'ai commandé un taxi il y a deux jours pour 7h pour un départ de train a 7h55.....le taxi est arrivé à 8h55 chercher l'erreur......c'est la troisième fois que cette société me met en danger train plus avion.....c'est la dernière ......NUL NUL NUL
