Once again there was a delay in the ice cream gift delivery. I received an email stating it would be shipped on 1/5/26 or 1/6/26. Should take 2 days since it was ice cream. On 1/8/26 the tracking information indicated that there was a delay and the shipment would be late. On 1/9/26 I called customer service at Amazing Clubs and talked with Amber. This is the 2nd time I have spoken with Amber regarding ice cream deliveries. In September when the shipment never arrived Amber arranged to have a replacement sent. When I talked with her on 1/9/26 she advised that I wait until 1/15/26 to see if the shipment arrived and if a problem to call back and the problem would be rectified. In both cases Amber was courteous, listened attentively to the problem and provided a solution. She is an outstanding Representative for Amazing Clubs and is the epitome of excellent customer service. Amber is the reason for the 5 star rating.
The ice cream gift was delivered today and the condition of the ice cream is less than satisfactory. As a gift it is disappointing.
Perhaps there is a way to insure a more timely delivery since this IS ice cream and melting does become a factor.

Amazing Clubs is an excellent choice for a gift that gives over and over. With monthly or bimonthly delivery and a select number of shipments the gift is long lasting.
Today I needed help getting my account set up and called the 1-800 support number and Amber was quick to answer and resolve my issue. Within minutes my account was setup and she assisted with changing my membership from the Pasta of the month club to the Breakfast Club. Very impressed with the quality and innovative approach to Amazing Clubs. Especially satisfied with Amber and her cheerful attitude and knowledge of the system that allowed her to quickly resolve my concerns. 5 Stars to Amber and Amazing Clubs!

As a first time customer, our late December flower offering was delayed due to the holidays. It arrived in the first week of January and the arrangement of exotic flowers was beautiful. However, it only lasted a couple of days despite being cared for per your instructions. Several of the flowers pretty much dried up immediately, and one only opened a third of the way. I spoke with Amber today and told her the story. She immediately offered me an extra month on the back end of my subscription correcting the problem, and thus making me whole. She listened patiently and was clearly concerned with the problem. She is certainly a keeper.

We received a lovely box of wine today from a mystery person. I called Customer Service and Amber answered the call. Your company is fortunate to have such a friendly, efficient and professional person in customer service.

I recently subscribed to AmazingClubs in Alberta Canada, and had a shipping issue resulting in a damaged package. It was not the fault of AmazingClubs at all, but they replaced my package anyway, which is above and beyond customer service. I worked with Kendra, a Senior Customer Support Representative, over email, and she responded almost instantly throughout our conversation and was very helpful and understanding. I received my subscription as a gift, and I would recommend this service to anyone.

I gave my son-in-law an ice cream subscription for Christmas. He was not impressed with the quality of the product. I wasn’t impressed with how long it took for him to receive the first shipment.
Lesson learned about Amazing Clubs.

Had a question about a shipment, and Hunter responded immediately. Haven't tried the wine yet, but it looks interesting!

I gifted my husband and son their beer-of-the-month club for twelve months one Christmas. They have asked me to renew the gift for the fourth year in a row now! They love it! Amazing Clubs has not only given them a fun variety, their customer service is terrific! They automatically skip months where heat might affect the quality/flavor of the beer, then extend the club for another month in compensation. They also immediately add a month for any missed deliveries or deliveries where a bottle is broken or missing. Their customer service representatives are a delight to speak with, as attested by my son, my husband and myself. Hunter, who just assisted me today with an information change on my account, proved this level of excellence continues into 2026! Recommend Amazing clubs unreservedly based on my experience!

Amber was very polite and helpful! She was very informative and patient. It was very nice calling and having someone answer right away. We had delays with our orders (I'm guessing holidays and weather), but I was very happy with her call. Thanks!

Had an issues with a GC and Kendra came to the rescue with amazing friendly service and was even able to make a recommendation to get the biggest bang for my buck on my subscription - great experience!

Gave gift of beer club to my son for Christmas the last few years. Had a problem with shipment crossover, and bottle breakage. Ben was very polite and promptly rectified the situation.
By far, the best customer service.

Amber is great. I had to speak with her last month and today. Both times she is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Diego was great. He handled my issue promptly and professionally and offered creative solutions as well. I'm 100% satisfied with the service Diego provided.

I ordered a 3-month subscription to beer of the month club for my son. The delivery was expected at the end of the month (December) which I understood due to the holidays it may be delayed. On 01/07/2026 the delivery had still not been made, I called and spoke with Diego, he explained no shipments went out on 01/01/2026 or 01/02/2026 but it was shipped on 01/05/2026 and was going to be delivered today. He was very polite and gave me complete information to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Well done Diego!!

I called to discuss a gift membership that I received
at Christmas. I was lucky to get Amber. She was pleasant, patient and professional. I explained that I might want to change what was to come each quarter during the year. She let me know that changes can be made. And I will be getting back to her after I speak with my gift giver very soon. Thank you, Amber *****

Kendra was awesome and was able to assist me quickly and painlessly. The experience was excellent. Kendra's assistance with this matter was as smooth as a goldfish moving subtlety under the water!

I was gifted a club of the month and I just called to see if I could change to a different club. Diego picked up my call at customer service and was not only incredibly polite and helpful, but also efficient. He was able to make the change for me quickly, and he explained all of my options and changes easily. He was great, and it made my experience with Amazing Clubs even more amazing!
