Terrible support from Amazon and the company Caoxuzhe do not buy from them

We bought a bin from Amazon which came from a company called Caoxuzhe. The bin was described as wood grain and cost £10. When it arrived it was squashed unusable plastic and really poor quality. In order to return it I have had to print a returns label and PAY for postage when I complained to Caoxuzhe the response was you can have a 30% refund or if you insist on returning the bin you can have a refund when we receive the bin. We're happy to return the bin we just object to paying for postage the return label should be free. Amazon have been no help what so ever

Fast jedes Produkt ist China Müll und wird auch von China Händlern verkauft. Es scheint so das Amazon fake Rezensionen bei China schrott zu lässt. Weil sie dort die größte Gewinnspanne haben.

Amazon is an addition

Amazon is a choice of convenience, but they're really awful to be honest. I hate Amazon with a passion! But, I always go back for the convenience and low prices. I'm addicted and I hate myself. Wish I could kick the Amazon addiction. Jeff Bezos is a clown who got a loan from Daddy "Warbucks" and made his dream come true with hard work. Only to become an elitist snob who will die being hated more than he is loved. Here's to the day Jeff Bezos eventually kicks the bucket! Hooray, Hooray!

Seriously disappointed with…

Seriously disappointed with @AmazonIndia. This is not the first time — repeated issues with orders, returns, and refunds.
Products arrive, then suddenly “Action Required” or delayed processing. Returned items show “refund issued” but no clarity or delays in receiving money. This kind of experience is frustrating and unacceptable for a platform of this scale.
Customers trust you with their money and time — but this repeated inconvenience is breaking that trust. Fix your order handling, return process, and refund timelines.
Not expecting luxury service, just basic reliability.

Gastos de devolucion 50,28 Euro y un servicio al cliente ineficaz

Compré una silla en Amazon por 103 Euro. La calidad era pesima, claramente inferior a lo esperado, asi que decidí devolverla. A partir de ahí, empezó una experiencia horrible.
La devolucion debia enviarse a Holanda, x tuve que pagar 50,28 Euro de mi bolsillo. Un coste totalmente desproporcionado para un producto tan malisimo.
El servicio de atencion al cliente es, sencillamente un desastre. Alegan no haber recibido la factura, a pesar Dr haberla enviado, y me obligan a pasar por muliples chats repitiendo lo mismo una y otrs vez.
Conclusion: malisima calidad, costes abusivos y un servicio al cliente ineficaz.

Left in the cold

Ordered a refurbished Amazon smart thermostat.

Tried to return/exchange and even though it said return eligible until 6/19/26 (today os 3/17/26), Amazon will not return or refund.
Plus it is impossible to get a hold of a support chat or anything - where it says "We're here to help, talk to a support person" there is no link to click etc.
Amazon has been getting sucky as late, time to cancel our membership. Too frustrating to deal with them.

sent a coffee machine but had parts missing but amazon gave me £75.00 to buy my own a few months later the machine went faulty so had to send it back but my only option was via post office so i told amazon i cant carry heavy box so they said pay post office pick it up we will reimburse you the cost any way day later postwonan came in van to pick it up all email prove it was delivered but one month later no refund so i told amazon who says it was never posted and they gave me £75 refund not true i told them so i sent all proof of postage they said wait a month i did then again asked weres my money now i have to wait another month to me Amazon has stolen £325.00 of me and/or a coffee machine

Worst company ever, Avoid Amazon

Worst company ever when it comes to refund, I bought Brita Marella water filter Jug, find out is a bit smaller and returned it back since January 27, the product was received since on January 29 but Amazon has refused to issue my refund even after repeated calls. Please avoid this company for your peace of mind.

Kettle wasnt even a year old and glass unsafe type

You know how Amazon asked you to type…

You know how Amazon asked you to type in your password? They also have this feature where you click the box to show the password. There's also a little block there to set the details in stone so you don't have to keep typing in the password all the time. Neither of these options work even though the boxes are checked 24/7. Amazon got smart and did away with the show password option. Storing the details still does not work.

I have more than enough passwords to memorize. It's irritating to me that I have to keep looking up my password for Amazon. I should have it memorized but I have to change it a lot because Amazon wouldn't accept whatever password I typed in. Now I am stuck at home with pneumonia, low O2 and zero patience. I call Lyra at Amazon who makes the decision that my name is going to be Sperm.

You can guess how my conversation with Lyra went after she decided that I was named after a bodily fluid. She couldn't understand what my issue was with the 'show password' and 'set details' not working and why I didn't want to change my password all the time. She asked me if I find it 'hard'. I told her I probably had a cognition issue and could she be so kind as to transfer me to someone in the cognition dept.? No problem. She put me on hold and I hung up.

Compte verrouillé sans explication…

J'ai créé mon compte et commandé un produit sur Amazon , ayant oublié mon mot de passe j'en ai recré un autre et amazon a bloqué mon compte, j'aimerais comprendre pourquoi ? Mais impossible de savoir puisque mon compte est bloqué la page aide me renvoie toujours sur votre compte est verrouillé !!!
Aucune nouvelle de ma commande ! Elle n'arrive pas ! Or j'ai bien été débitée !!! C'est tout simplement honteux ! J'ai la sensation de subir ce service et il n'y a aucun retour possible....j'ai tout simplement gaspillé mon argent.... j'aimerais porter plainte ! A boycotter tout simplement !!!

QUE SE PASSE-T-IL CHEZ AMAZON ?

Chez Amazon depuis plus de 15 ans, dont j'appréciais la fiabilité, je trouve leur politique de litige de moins en moins fiable.
Dernièrement, je renvoie un produit coûteux (150€) avec l'enveloppe de retour obtenue et reçois 14 jours plus tard un avis de rétractation d'accord !
Je n'ai donc ni produit, ni remboursement: tout bénef pour Amazon !

Under age octogenarian is confused.

Today I had a parcel delivered by Amazon containing a food mixer and an electric meat carver. The delivery driver demanded ID that showed my date of birth. I am 82 so I am not under age for anything. Any customer my age may have no current driving licence or passport resulting in an impasse. I understand the need for young people buying anything that could be construed as a dangerous weapon need to be screened and age verified but there is no way an octogenarian could look like a teenager even if I wished for it.
