Received a used, oily unit instead of NEW—Amazon refused to make it right!

I am beyond disappointed with Amazon. I ordered a brand-new ASUS ROG Tessen to give as a gift, but what arrived was a used, dirty, and oily unit.
The box had no factory seals, the manuals inside were crumpled and shoved in haphazardly, and the silicone parts were covered in dust. Most disgusting of all, the controller itself had oily fingerprints and residue all over it. This was clearly a returned item that Amazon’s quality control completely ignored and resold as "New."
To make matters worse, I am currently in another country. Returning this would cost me nearly half the price of the item in international shipping fees—money I shouldn't have to spend because of their mistake. When I contacted support for a partial refund to compensate for this "used" state, they flat-out refused.
I have been a loyal customer and have even bought this exact model before without issues, but this experience has been a total scam. If Amazon thinks it’s okay to charge full price for someone else’s used "trash" and then refuse to help, they have lost me as a customer forever.
Stay away—Amazon is no longer reliable for high-end electronics.

Presa in giro

Giorno 6 febbraio ho ordinato 2 costumi di carnevale per i miei figli ordine andato a buon fine pagamento effettuato consegna stimata ultra 11 e 12 febbraio. Ma ieri ricevo un email "ordine annullato" ho chiamato l'assistenza e mi hanno detto che i costumi non erano più disponibili 😨 e giustamente mi sono arrabbiata se non erano più disponibili perchè non dirlo prima ? Io aspettavo per niente avrei potuto darmi da fare e cercare altrove i costumi dei miei figli ! Invece no prima mi hanno fatto fare l'ordine poi mi hanno preso i doldi io ho aspettato 8 giorni per sentirmi dire che non erano disponibili non è normale sinceramente serietà zero ! Amazon mai più!

I HAVE HEARD FROM MANY PEOPLE, MAINLY SENIORS WHO WERE DUPED INTO BELIEVING THESE SLOTS WERE PART OF YOUR GREAT COMPANY. Having ordered 2 shirts from Amazon…

Having ordered 2 shirts from Amazon with delivery stated on site as being £4.99 I discovered I have been charged £4.99 per item, I didn’t notice this until I recieved the items which were to small so I returned them and ordered bigger and this is when I noticed that I had been overcharged on both occasions. I contacted customer service regards the overcharge and was told it is down to there market place trader and there is nothing there prepared to do. I will never believe anything that is on Amazon because as far as I’m concerned this is a big company stealing my money through the back door. Never dealt with a company whose customer service and attitude is I’ve got the money so tough. Hope they enjoy there I’ll gatten gains as I will NEVER deal with them again

Pessima azienda, pessimo servizio e pessima assistenza

Pessimo servizio, pessima organizzazione e pessima assistenza. Ho ordinato un iPhone, ho pagato e mi è stato detto che l'avrei ricevuto il 28/01/2026. Quel giorno mi è arrivata una mail che diceva che l'ordine non sarebbe stato consegnato quel giorno ma bensì il 02/02/2026, cosa che non si è verificata. Oggi, alla mia ennesima lamentela, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto rifare l'ordine perchè il mio telefono era andato smarrito. Ho rifatto l'ordine e invece, consultando il sito, scopro che l'ordine è stato annullato di iniziativa Amazon, senza il mio consenso e senza darmi notizia alcuna. Scopro poi che mentre in pagamenti ad Amazon sono istantanei, per avere il rimborso dell'iPhone devo aspettare almeno sette giorni. Lamentarsi non serve a nulla perchè si ha a che fare con degli incompetenti ed incapaci senza spirito di iniziativa che parlano come pappagalli ammaestrati. Mai più Amazon

Non fanno rimborso

Mai avrei pensato di fare una recensione negativa su Amazon,ma invece la faccio anche perché già una volta mi hanno dato una fregatura ci sono passata sopra poi si erano comportati sempre bene e adesso siamo alla seconda fregatura :già mi hanno mandato due mail di accettazione della garanzia dalla A alla Z è passato un mese ho fatto migliaia di telefonate ma del mio rimborso non c'è traccia. Tra l'altro su saldo buono regalo e neanche Devono uscire soldi Vorrei sapere a che gioco si gioca?non è più l'azienda con l'attenzione più forte al mondo verso il cliente ma con la fregatura più grande al mondo verso il cliente...delusa

I'm still waiting on a order I have it in writing that it should have been delivered yesterday Amazon are saying they tried to deliver yesterday but they didn't as I was sat waiting for the delivery and the tracker clearly shows that the driver did not attempt delivery
This company lies to customers the customer service will tell you anything just to move on and not actually deal with anything
Management are by far the biggest lier's and after been sent a load of b/s from management I can honestly say you failed again and lied again this order goes back to December and not one person at Amazon can give me a answer as to what is going on with it I personally don't think they care after taking my money that is all Amazon are bothered about they don't give a toss afterwards I'm disappointed disgusted and have lost all trust in what is supposed to be a world wide company yet this is the 3rd time in a row I've had problems I was also told that it wouldn't happen again more lies.

Summerby bed through Amazon UK never arrived

Ordered a bed from Summerby through Amazon, UK for £80.99 in September 2025. The bed never arrived, Summerby would not help and neither has Amazon. Still £80.99 out of pocket, neither will provide any help.

I ordered an item from Amazon and my experience was different this time.

I am absolutely appalled by the way my parcel was delivered today. The parcel was left at the gate openly so anyone could take it away. Luckily, my neighbour spotted the parcel to check who it belonged to, and as he knows me, he knew this was supposed to be for me and kindly brought it in to give it to me. Your delivery driver on this occasion was irresponsible in the way he delivered my parcel. If I could give a "0" star, I would.

I will not be using Amazon again…

I will not be using Amazon again because they do not deliver to the customer, twice now in as many days they have left my package outside the block of flats where different people are coming and going and they never even pressed the buzzer to let me know that they were there.
Needless to say I never got to receive my packages so I can’t afford to lose anymore money on the hope that I will receive anything.

Deals broken

They said after the last order I got FREE shipping. Well I didn't .I also find that some of the goods that you just purchased will most likely be cheaper than what you just got. Buyer beware, buyer beware, buyer beware. Amazon you can call yes call not text or email the person on that account. Till you call him there will be NO more purchases, WALMART will now get ALL of the business, AMAZON the ball is in your court.

I contacted Amazon saying I want to cancel eight pounds and 99 pence goes out every month for what. They said they would cancel it yet its still goes out. This company so rich yet not honest. I regret buying from them.

Amazon nein danke

Vier Wochen, nachdem ich bei Amazon € 90.- teuren Manukahonig gekauft hatte und mit Visacard bezahlt hatte, es standen die Weihnachtsgeschenke für die Enkel an. Das waren ca €150.-. Nach einigen Tagen wurde von Amazon alles storniert, und schon verschickte Pakete zurück geholt. Die abgebuchten Beträge zurück überwiesen.Ich solle nachweisen, daß das angegebene Konto auch meins ist.
Daraufhin schickte ich online meine Kontokarte, meine Visa-Card und einen Kontoauszug. Daraufhin bekam ich Bescheid, daß mein Amazon-Konto wieder eröffnet wurde. 12 Stunden später wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß mein Konto weiterhin gesperrt bleibt, ich solle meinen Ausweis hinschicken. Irgendwann ist wohl mal Schluss. Ich fühle mich vergackeiert und werde bei Amazon nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Soy una clienta fiel desde hace años. Compré un Xiaomi x7 hace pocos meses. Me caí y la pantalla se fracturó. La envié a reparación a través de Amazon y me enviaron una factura altísima para pagar el arreglo (casi igual que un móvil nuevo). Me puse en manos de agentes de Amazon y en varias ocasiones me prometieron que me reembolsarían el precio, o que no me preocupase por pagar el arreglo. Todo eso fue humo. Meses después me lo enviaron de vuelta, igual de roto sin ofrecerme soluciones e incumpliendo su palabra. Es una auténtica vergüenza.

Gestione vergognosa del Black Friday, ordini bloccati senza motivo e assistenza inutile

Scrivo per esprimere la mia totale e definitiva insoddisfazione per la gestione vergognosa di un problema avvenuto durante il Black Friday, che ha messo in luce la vostra incapacità di gestire i clienti.
Il 30 novembre ho effettuato degli ordini che sono stati annullati per una futile "verifica documenti". Contattando l'assistenza il 1° dicembre, mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto aspettare 3 giorni lavorativi. Ho ricontattato l'assistenza anche il 2 dicembre, ma non mi hanno risolto assolutamente nulla. Oltre a essere risposte inutili, queste tempistiche hanno dimostrato che non avevate alcun interesse a risolvere il problema in tempo utile per usufruire delle offerte promozionali.
A causa della vostra inefficienza, non solo ho perso i prodotti a prezzi scontati (aumentati del 40-60% il giorno dopo), ma sono stato anche impossibilitato a fare altri ordini. Ad oggi, il Black Friday è finito e sono rimasto senza gli articoli che desideravo. Non aveva senso tentare nuovi acquisti, né dal mio account né da quello di un familiare.
A tal proposito, ho provato ad acquistare i prodotti utilizzando l'account di un mio familiare e una carta di credito completamente diversa, ma anche quell'ordine è stato bloccato e annullato per la medesima, assurda, motivazione. Questo dimostra una condotta ostruzionistica e senza senso.
Il vostro servizio è diventato inaffidabile. L'assistenza clienti è inutile e non è in grado di risolvere i problemi. Se avessi saputo della vostra inefficienza, avrei ordinato subito su un altro sito. Ho usato una decina di siti diversi per i miei acquisti e non ho mai avuto un problema simile, neanche con siti cinesi che hanno dimostrato un'assistenza 10 volte superiore alla vostra.
Con la presente, registro formalmente il mio reclamo per la condotta scorretta e vi informo che, data la vostra incapacità di garantire un servizio minimo, non intendo più risolvere la questione con voi, né tantomeno fare nuovi ordini in futuro. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa.
