Still havnt received my compensation money

Taking 40% commission off the compensation from me as a client for the case is too high, 20-25% would be more acceptable, I don't remember reading from the terms and conditions that states that , it probably was in very small print if there was .

Amk communication was fine until they received their 40% and strangely ignored numerous emails re another issue. Also they invite a chat on WhatsApp and never respond. Very poor customer relation after getting their not me

The company kept me regularly updated about my claim and the staff that I spoke to were efficient and courteous. It was just a bit difficult to get through to them on the phone. There were very long wait times.

Putting the dealings of SJP in this company's hands could not have been easier! After a phone call providing them with account details etc. they set to into claiming some money back for me. Although their commission is high they were very clear from the start and would not have tackled this on my own. Thanks AMK!

My wife and I applied to St James'Place for a refund via AMK Legal in Nov '23. We received a refund 14 months later, after AMK took 48% of the refund paid by SJP. AMK did almost nothing to earn that money, and all they did every month was to send us an automated 'no news' email. AMK also make it next to impossible to speak to their staff; in fact their monthly emails contain a message stating 'don't try calling us as their's nothing more we can tell you'. AMK were extremely passive in pursuing our claim - no wonder it took 14 months!!

AMK have been dealing with my case for months now and have finally achieved a successful conclusion. I haven’t been able to respond to any communication due to having a stroke at beginning of January that has severely affected my hearing as well as my brain. I can only thank them for being so patient when dealing with me.

In my claim against SJP, AMK kept me informed with the progress that they were making with SJP, who, in turn, were very slow in responding to AMK's requests

I was initially reluctant to ask AMG for advice. I did so because of the negative publicity concerning St James's Place. My subsequent dealings with AMG via email and personal telephone calls were extremely professional. They kept me informed on a monthly basis of the progress of their enquiries, and as of now a financial settlement has been reached and agreed. Without their help, this settlement would not have been possible.
