Not great, emails ignored, took seven months to settle and receive money.

Everything done as it said it would

AMK Legal kept us informed constantly on the situation with our claim and where "dogged" in the pursuit of this claim, eventually their determination prevailed. Would certainly use them again if required.

Application process was easy and updates regularly given. Well worth the fee because all the hassle it taken away.
The only criticism is they are not the quickest to reply to emails, but this didn't delay processing or payment.

Well to begin with I thought this was like another PPI thing , I thought nothing to loose here , AMK legal kept me informed every step of the way (and I still thought Yeah right )went on holiday , mum got ill then passed away and I never gave it a second thought .
Next thing I get a e mail saying it was a success , so I now have something from just a quick few Questions , it might not be a lot but it’s money I would never have had , so I thank the AMK team this money will go towards my Cruise 🙂🤗

At the start of the claim the information was clear and straightforward. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis. At least once a month as indicated. The site for identification and final drawdown was fast and simple to use.

AMK Legal drew to my attention that I may have been overcharged in the past with my investments and I may be entitled to a refund. They organised everything for me and I left the claim in their capable hands. It took a bit longer than expected due to my case being a bit more complicated but I am glad to say that they got a result in the end and I am now just waiting on my refund being processed.

As all claims, this took it's time, however we eventually got to the end and accepted the offer.We were kept well informed but this was done by email and could not reply, The settlement was ok,having done nothing but agree to the cost.whars annoying is St James still taking money for advice which does not happen!.or to be fair wanted.

I was tempted to give less than 5 stars, but thinking about it, the long delay was not caused by AMK, but the financial company we were claiming against. AMK kept me informed very regularly, so regularly that I assumed this last email would be to say (paraphrased) hang in there, we're still working on it... But this time was a notification of settlement! I was so excited I called my wife immediately

AMK kept me well informed from start to finish with my claim and I can't fault them. I hadn't held out my hope that I would get any settlement, but have been proved wrong, which is great. It has been rather protracted, but not the fault of AMK. Very pleased, thank you! Richard.
