AMK were wonderful and achieved our objective in getting unwarranted fees returned from our financial advisors.

AMK Legal kept us up to date about our claim on a regular basis by email and by text. If we needed to speak to them it was extremely easy to do so. I felt completely comfortable that they were dealing with our claim with our interests at the heart.

I have been kept abreast of every stage of my claim. For this I was very grateful. I had regular updates etc. Thankyou for processing my claim.

I was doubtful about making a claim but after chatting on the phone with one of the agents but decided it was worth a go as I potentially stood to gain.
The agents are very helpful, I got regular emails telling me where we were at in the process which reduced the need for me to keep calling them.
The outcome was good, not only gained satisfaction from knowing that the fees I'd been charged were unrealistic and unfair but also got a nice deposit in my bank account from SJP.
AMK worked hard to get these fees back for me and althought any gain is shared on a no NWNF basis, without AMK assistance I'd never have bothered to pursue a refund myself.

I have read the complaint that you sent to the company I was complaining about and all the information is wrong . Also I received a questionnaire to complete from the company of complaint and told by yourselves to forward to yourselves and ignore. Now reading the letter from the company they are basing there findings on what was not in the report you have totally let me down in my claim against this company as none of what my complaint was , is in the letter sent to them and now I have to pay £58 to you for something you haven't done. So no I would not recommend your company at all to any one.

I was always kept fully in the picture which meant that, although there was not always anything momentous to report, I never got the impression that you had forgotten me or were not taking the claim seriously. And, obviouslt, the result was most satisfactory.

Only disappointing thing was they had hikd of monies for 11 days when received from third party after myself chasing both parties but besides that good

It was a very long process but I was kept up to date very regularly and as promised. The communication process could have been better. I received one call each time and if I couldn't answer a .essage was left for me to call you. This was a laborious process often involving being in a waiting list for in excess of 25 minutes regularly.

I was sceptical at first but knew I would never have taken action myself so I had nothing to lose. It took a while but I was impressed with the tenacity of AMK refusing to give up and I am now £2.6K better off!

Bunch of absolute cowboys. Signed a document with a 15% fee in May 2024. Received my offer from St James’s Place today January 2025 told that they have upped their fee to 40% end of last year and they have been told their allowed to now fee current customers who already had their claims ongoing at 40% without informing the customers against the fee rise (against the law) not even worth claiming. Absolutely no understanding nor customer service in regards to psychological and neurological disabilities, referred onto management but was told by the call handler they are just going to call to tell me the same thing. Seeking legal advice regarding AMK elsewhere. Disgusting. Should NOT be taking on clients in Northern Ireland where the No Win No Fee agreement is against the law. Please google this firm who the Financial Conduct Authority warn people against as they don’t have a capped fee due to not being a regulated claims management firm!

Update!! They sent me an email last night at 19:48 saying my case is being closed and no fee will apply.

Then I’ve been harassed all day with calls and emails being told it infact isn’t closed is still open and I owe them money even though I have in black and white them saying it’s closed.

AMK legal are in serious difficulties check out Companies House submitted balance sheet. This Limited Company should clearly have been closed down many many months ago.
The SRA and Company House have a responsibility to remove this company from public domain.
