Fantastic service from start to finish, I was informed every spelling of the way !

I have found AMK very efficient and always helpful by keeping my claims up to date by sending me emails at least once a month.

We are very grateful for the hard work by AMK in settling our claim with SJP. Just one or two points - it was difficult to speak or send emails to you and some of the emails you sent didn’t have the attachments you said were there. We had to print off details and post it to SJP by tracked post to ensure they had acceptance, identity etc

Although it took AMK a good 9 months to resolve my claim with St James Place, they kept me informed every step of the way, and never gave up! The final result was a little lower than I expected but acceptable.

AMK handled my problem successfully and efficiently. I would certainly use this company again if necessary.

I appointed AMK in January 24 with our claim and was told to expect a 16 week timeline.
Months went by and despite contacting them on WhatsApp as requested never had a reply.
In December received texts and e mails stating an offer was received from St James upon reading the offer I had been sent another clients offer not mine.
I contacted AMK lodged a complaint and received my offer which by the time I accepted I missed the cut off for submission for payment.
A senior staff member contacted me and we discussed the case in full and came to a satisfactory conclusion.
However even after this I received a call asking for additional paperwork which again when I rang was sorted as AMK already had it.
Claim was paid yesterday and case closed my overriding concern is the admin which needs improvement for the fee charged.

I engaged AMK Legal to persue a claim against SJP. This was apparently resolved in mid December 23 and I uploaded my ID immediately. Since then I have emailed, phoned and Whatsapped without so much as a reply, and can't help feeling I've been had. Phoned today and the phone just rang continously.

AMK Legal kept me updated regularly by email about my claim. I was always held in a long queue when I phoned AMK but Chloe was helpful when I was eventually put through.

If you need to contact them via phone then you are wasting your time. I have waited and waited on calls for over an hour each time. Nobody ever answers or gives you the option for a callback

It’s not the amount it’s the principle involved when being ill informed.

Apart from the initial phone call with one of the AKM team all other contact was made via email although it took longer than AMK would have liked they kept me fully informed on a regular basis if it was only to say they were still waiting for a decision I was very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to use there services again should the situation arise.

AMK delivered on the claim they were working on for me in a timely, efficient, and professional way.

So easy to claim, for contact updates and when I finally got compensation awarded the money wa sent direct to my bank account.
