Difficult to get in touch with you and your lack of communication with me and your extortionate costs, you are quick to send out emails but are very slow in response to emails

AMK were very persistent on the phone to get us to sign up; it did take 10 months to get a reply from St James Place but we got monthly updates from AMK - they were standard messages but they reassured us that we hadn't been forgotten! We were delighted when we did get a good amount of compensation money from St James, even though 40% of it went straight to AMK! Nevertheless, had we not bothered with the claim, wewe wouldn't have had what is still a decent pay-out!

Very impressed with how AMK legal persevered with rather long drawn response from St James. Always kept in touch as to how claim was proceeding so I just had to sit back while they carried out all tbe work.

Just received payment for my claim in time for Christmas. TY so much! 🙏🏼 Very professional, trustworthy and seamless service. AMK Legal did all the legwork. I was kept updated throughout via text messages and email. Took awhile for St James Place to respond but was worth the wait. Very happy customer! 😊

When I heard about the claims against SJP I contacted them direct to see if I was eligible for a claim Despite investing with them for years they were very dismissive and arrogant over the phone. I then contacted AMK who asked a few details before saying they would pursue my claim. Although the process was lengthy this was due to SJP dragging their heels but AMK kept me posted on a regular basis as to what was happening. Finally SJP payed out. Although AMK take a fair cut 40% + Vat I was happy with what I received as I know I couldn't have received it without their help.

AMK ask me if I wanted compensation as a result of charges recieved without justification, I allowed AMK to proceed , and they did so without fuss or inconvenience to me, I have recieved a refund, which is more of a statement that any overcharged amount is too much.Thank you AMK.

They dealt with my claim very well, kept me informed every month with txt and email. Very helpful on the few times I had to ring them. Very satisfied with the firm.

Kept in touch regularly regarding our claim sending email and text updates every month. Always polite and helpful on the phone. The only downside is how much they take from the final settlement.

From start to finish this was a pain-free process at the end of which the agreed offer (less the AMK pre-agreed cut) was paid into my bank account. I can't recommend AMK Legal enough. Their service and integrity is outstanding.

AMK phoned me promptly needing info which I supplied and although the claim took 6 months or more I received a settlement where amk took 40% plus vat
I’m happy with that as I wouldn’t have bothered claiming from st James place in the first place so thank you Amk legal!

Very informative on updates. Took quite a high % of payout but new that upfront but they did bring home the goods that I was was not even expecting in first place.
Sometimes the office was difficult to get hold of and when they rang me back they came up as suspected spam on my mobile.

AMK were very easy to deal we with. I was kept updated on a regular basis. Once my claim was settled, I was paid within 10 days.
I found the whole process very smooth.
